I'm feeling particularly lazy today, so here's someone else's take on it

The WO kicks off the sport section with a dubious picture of Aidy rubbing Mahon’s crotch. The photo was taken when Mahon was substituted v Bristol City. Is this really the place for homo-erotic photography?

Marlon is not for sale despite rumours from Derby, Birmingham, Fulham and Wigan. “Sources” claim that he feels that there is too much on his shoulders should we go up and want to join an established Prem team. On current form, he wants to worry about the team getting promoted. Aidy will let players go when the time is right and the time is not right.

Mahon is definitely off in January as he’s not getting a new contract. Aidy will explain the reasons in tomorrow’s programme. “I’ve had a chat with Gav and we’ll be making a decision in the next few days on that one”.

More tales of crazy finances – We should make the same as last year with £4.6m made from the sale of the corners of the ground to the St Pancras and Humanist Housing Association, £4.5m payment from Villa for Young and £11m parachute money. Costs are £27.2m and should be about the same this year.

Lots of wedge out on new contracts (Aidy, Henderson, King and Demerit) and new players, plus the new backroom staff. We started the year with £600,000 in the bank, £2.6m overdrawn (we clearly have more than one account) and owe £9.4m to creditors this year, including the Russo’s. We need £9.5m for the ground too.

Any money in from Bouazza will go on McAnuff and Ellington. When asked if costs were to remain the same, the club wouldn’t comment.

Tommy Smith has been compared to Nigel Callaghan. He is flattered by this. Apparently the bloated winger was allowed to train with the youth team when Smith was in it. He likes linking up with Doyley and says that Johnson is “sorely missed”. Aidy tells them that they are all a captain when they are out on the pitch.

Aidy hopes that the Al Bangura saga will spur on the team. He admits our home form is not great. There is a decision to be made as to whether to play Jackson tomorrow as he impressed Aidy. Henderson is suspended so either Priskin or Ellington will start. “The door is always open for Nathan and any player to show me when they should be in the starting 11”. The WO also makes out that Priskin will get beaten up by the Plymouth defence and will be useless.

Aidy’s column is all about Bangura. He really goes to town in the state of the country and makes some good points. “It is very English to coin the old adage “what is this country coming to?”. But for me right now, there were never truer words said. When criminals, murderers and all sorts of offenders are pampered to the hilt it seems ludicrous that someone who has done no wrong can be punished in such a way”.

Comments about prisoners "kicking back and tucking into their roast turkey" and where Al will be on Christmas Day.

PC stands for “practically crazy”. “We hear tales that make the stomachs churn of the average man on the street as words such as “a violation of his human rights” are banded around. So why haven’t Al’s human rights been taken into consideration?”.

They're right about Priskin. I hope the Duke gets a full 90 minutes.
