I don't know if this was a speculative guess at the names or a good find but: http://64.233.183.104/search?q=cach...stm+tracey+connelly&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=14&gl=uk I would love to meet them in a secluded area with no witnesses and a range of torture equipment...
http://www.dailysquib.co.uk/ has basically name them then? I always thought it was a sort of made up website? So the BBC posted the names of the parents a year ago when the story first broke (see davidnewtonwfc) but have had to delete it. Why has it taken this long for it to make the national news? Why are they being protected?
There are loads of potential reasons and none of them are for their own benefit. The one that jumps immediately to mind is that there's another case currently winging it's way through the legal system which is linked in some way and the release of these names would be prejudicial to it. Or maybe it's to protect the identity of the child.
Or is it just that they will/would be murdered in prison when on remand and that would not look good in govermental circles?
Hardly. Sick as this particular trio are, we've seen worse in our prison system who have been identified and are still living to tell the tale. A certain sicko from Soham comes to mind.
This just shows how twisted the law in this country is. Protect the criminal, sod the victim... I hope they suffer in prison.
The name of the child has been released too, it's whatever it is.. It's also believed they are being kept in confinement in prison to avoid any inmates gutting them. Which goes back to Moogs point of who is the law protecting? I can understand the point of the current case deciding future case law though.
Not legally it hasn't. "A court order, which remains in place, prevented the publication of the identities of the baby's mother and her boyfriend, as well as the child." - BBC News, 1710hrs And so what if they are being kept in confinement? Standard practice for their types.
It could be wise to not post their names on here. Anyone who wants to find out the identities of these vile animals or the victim can easily do so using a search engine.
A good spot there Fozzie. Removed. Discuss away folks, there's a decent debate to be had here, but keep the names from being posted on here. Ta!
i'm almost certain thats a the reason. and you just know a bunch of people would be proper pissed if there was a mistrial because everyone wanted confirmation of what they already knew
Well it's not like anyone who did want to take a pop at them in prison wouldn't know already.... Haha don't worry Dave!
