Tbf, I’m not sure David Gedge was ever really “hip”.

David Gedge is such a nice bloke. Always been very approachable and chatty. Some fantastic Rhythm Guitar noises too.

Radio 2 have made a conscious effort to play some more obscure Xmas tunes this year.

@reg_varney answer was, it was written for her with lyrics, but she thought that version was prog pants. A few years later they recorded it as an instrumental and named it after her.
