wow, thats how good the premiership is !i hope its man utd liverpool because its got more history, either way it does show how many foreigners in the premiership ruin the national sides chances,we get 2 sides in the biggest club competition ever but the national side aren't good enough for the euro championships!laughable!:]]
An all england final...pfft 1 set of the fans will be singing "ARGENTINA ARGENTINA ARGENTINA" as per bloody usual. bloody manure tw@ts Was realy hoping for barca to stuff 'em toinght, ah oh well...come on liverpool/chelsea!!!
Foster(injured?) Ferdinand Neville Brown Carrick Scholes Hargreaves(canadian/english?) Rooney Cole Terry Lampard Bridge(stil at chelsea?) tbh i was about to leave a similar post then i thought that there are quite a few english players involved....:]]
Mmm...It sounded funnier in my partially drunk head. Though potentially about 11 players overall could be English.
Red Square could be 'interesting' if the Scousers go through - the pathological hate between the Yerrrrrrrrrrnited and Luvverpool fans might ruin Blatter's/Ambramovitch's 'Euro showcase'!
I was listening to Talksport on the way in this morning and they were almost wetting themselves at an all English final. Has everybody forgotten last years "dream" FA Cup Final, the most boring ever seen? Last nights game would have made the perfect final for me. Liverpool v Man U will definately be better than Chelsea v Man U IMO. One thing about Mosow is that there won't be thousands of Liverpool fans trying to get in without tickets because they won't make it into Russia without one, (apparently).
Yeah, righto ..... six roubles to the average Moscovian, and you could sleep with their missus - so I think the border guards will be 'coining it' from their 'illustrious' visitors.
That is just stupid. Why fly 40,000+ people to the other side of eurpoe, when they could all take a 3 hour drive down the M6 instead.
It would make sense but Wembley is not a UEFA 5-Star stadium yet. Besides, the Luznikhi is a far better stadium acoustic-wise. Only Old Trafford, Man City, Hampden and Ibrox are the only grounds in the country with the UEFA award to host European Finals as far as I know.
Sadly I think the loudest noise will be the cries of woe from the English media afterwards when all English clubs are banned from Europe indefinitely, following the almost guaranteed bloodbath that will ensue outside the Moscow Stadium!
I would love to see English clubs get banned from the Sky Cup - I bet the FA Cup would, once again, become 'treasured' by the elite four. But I somehow doubt 'big business' would 'allow it' - even if it turned into another Heysel - as Eufa/Fifa are just 'conductors with no control over the orchestra', anymore.
