Has been class for last two games, and can only get better at 18, even though i'd be a bit pi**d off if I was Springy Banguras settled in well and at the moment would rather have him starting over Francis

 

Agreed, although he was a bit slow for the second goal today, I was suprised hw well he & Gav played together.

Spring didn't take the chances he was given and Bangura has. Fact.

 

Except for the atrocious marking of Martins for the second goal- we had about five players around the six-yard box and they had one player in the penalty box, yet he was left in acres of space.

I think DeMerit was also in a position where he should have definitely closed Martins down as well.


I guess it's another example of us defending very well for the vast majority of the game, yet a ten-second lapse in concentration costing us dear.

 

You get away with that in the Champ. Unfortunately in the Prem you get punished for it!
