Hopefully tomorrow will be more positve than the rest of the week has been! He's right about the stability and long term plans at Reading (with a few a new additions each season, not massive changes). We need to do the same over the next couple of years by keeping our youngsters. I think Avinel might get a go tomorrow because he is one for the future
