will they now be called Rodgers rabbit? I wish the club would communicate with us what is going on. Are we selling Noddy and Tamas and willo.
Communicate with us..lol they're still learning to communicate with each other! But it would be nice to know what is going on with regards to the board etc at least rubbish the Smudger rumours or say he will be going...eventhough i think thats a forgone conclusion.
But if they rubbish them people will say it's carp and spin and should be ignored anyway, and if they say he's going there'd be an outcry. Sometimes people get what the deserve and our fans at the moment deserve silence.
would be wise to say he is going and add "to the highest bidder over £1.5 mlllion", subject to Noddy actually ageeing. If no one comes in - fine we keo our best player, if teams come in we have a good minimum fee and it could climb. If there are three clubs interested - could be the difference of a couple hundred+ grand - we could then sack two coaches and a tea lady and pay them compensation. Russo's out - scum!
Sat with them. They just moaned all game. Sang once at 3-1 for about 20 seconds then back to whinging after we went to 3-2.
As we are still trying to give our shy and retiring new manager a nickname (did I ever tell you he knows Jose Mourinho??) I think his newsletter should be titled something which will be a cross between the performances we have witnessed and a likely nickname How about A CLOAD-AGH RODGERS ?? I'll get my cagoule.....
Am I the only person who doesn't want the newsletter back? Same old carp every week just regurgitated into a different spin. I doubt Aidy wrote half of them anyway.
I remember when he first started writing them....people were calling it "spin" and "propergranda"... EDIT: RH - I think Aidy said at one of the Fans Forum his secretary wrote what Aidy told her and it was then checked by the man himself so again UEA is pretty much spot on.
I think it should return but with Aidy still doing it. It would be very amusing. He's not got a lot else on to be fair.
They were terrible. If you wanted him to be honest he would have said, "I'll do the football, you do the supporting."
I'm a little torn on the email. It was almost always the same and always predictable, the reason i stopped wasting three quid on a programme, but at least the club/Aidy were making an effort. Sadly honesty and truth disappeared from all corporate communications, not just the club's, many years ago. Having said that it was quite nice to an email from Aidy Boothroyd waiting in my in box. Impressed my secretary for a while.
