C+P FROM BBC Watford boss Aidy Boothroyd is hoping to cause an upset against Chelsea this weekend. The Hornets play host to Chelsea this weekend at Vicarage Road, live on PremPlus, in a crucial game at both ends of the table. Boothroyd is looking forward to pitting his wits against Jose Mourinho and he knows his side face a tough task against the reigning champions. "I have picked about 17 different teams [to face Chelsea]. Chelsea are a fantastic team, that is why they are as strong as they have been," Boothroyd told Sky Sports News. "They are a winning machine and it will be very, very difficult. "That's the beauty of the Premiership, the princes can come up against the paupers and every now and again then you hope that the pauper can come out on top. "It will be tough we will do all we can to get a result in the game but this is what it is all about, this is what we are here for these big games and hopefully we can cause an upset. "I've been working with the lads very hard to try to rescue the position we are in."
Our problem is we give the big teams to much respect player 6 or 7 at the back isn't the right way. Take the game to them!
If you take the game to sides like Chelsea you just leave yourself exposed and . you then get exploited. That's what happened at the emirates.
do managers ever announce that they are plan to follow the predicted outcome? its always upset this and upset that. what about 'aidy plans an indifference'?
