all share holders have been notified and are invited

its to present and formalise LAST years account, that have already been issued

it has nothing to do with the takeover, although it may be announced in the reports

Not necessarily bad news. Is it? Stating the obvious surely? £10mil for haywire will do nicely

 

Anything relating to the take over will not come out at this meeting, the stock exchange must be told first.
