I admit I do really understand all this high finance, but other clubs have gone into administration and come back stronger.

Do the money men lose out?

Would the Rousos get the Stadium?

How would The Tory Lord come out of it financially?

As for the 10 point deduction I reckon we could still survive in The Championship, as we are in a good position in the league.

If the money men don't lose out, I would not be surprised if this is what they want? I really don't know how it works financially, can some one explain?

You are thinking of the Leeds situation aren't you? I believe that loophole got closed.

I know Leicester for example used it as a handy tool to only pay off a small percentage of debts to creditors but it all depends on how many asssets a club has in terms of players and the ground for example.

We are in a good position on the pitch but those same players would be sold off (and more) with no money going back into the side to help Malky.

I think the only loophole closed was football debts or debts to the Govt

Well we're only a former Premiership side and not a big one at that so they take a whille to notice.
