What sort of houses will Ashcroft build on the former Vicarage Road site? My guess is some form of high rise slum development to be populated by assorted bludgers from the third world. You wouldn't want to live there, but since the government will be paying their rents, the landlord will be onto a nice earner. You've got to admire Lord Ashcroft. Most people thought he was putting his money into a lost cause but it's now looking like quite a good punt from where I'm sitting. :]]
