Could get the nod for tonights game.. seriously didnt see that one coming.. What's happened to Dale Bennett? I didnt think he was injured.... Nak, you about? You know anything about this guy?
Dale is playing, Lee Hodson is injured.the team is ; Gilmartin Doley Bennett Thompson Maraippa Cowie Jenkins MCginn Buckley Sordell Deeny
If that is indeed the side we put out we will lose. The Swedish contingent is right about that. But Who are Maraippa and MC Gin? Sounds like a hiphop act?! The team has just been announced: Gilmartin Hodson - Thompson - Mariappa (c) - Doyley Cowie, McGinn, Jenkins, Buckley Sordell, Deeney. Subs: Loach(gk), Graham, Bryan, Henderson, Mingoia, Oshodi, Whichelow. We're in trouble than... Look at the bench - only DG a senior out field player.
I think I'd rather have Dooley at Right back, scored 64 goals in 63 games, thats quite impressive. An 80 year old dead person or Doyley to start. Hmmm... tough choice
Tried to get forward and did well defensive wise. Not sure why Eddie O was brought on at full back to replace him.
Solidish. An annoying old git next to me slated him for the 2nd goal, for being slow, for not trying?!!, for the rising mortgage rate, for him not being able to pull a bird, for the BP oil slick and for global warning. The bloke next to me was a ****. Thompson has the blondest dayglo haircut at the club.
I hate people like that. I remember a few years back in the Rookery with my brother and his friend. Every time one of us stood up, these three middle aged ******* behind us told us to sit down. They should go and sit in the ****ing aisle if it bothers them.
Actually he did stand a little too far off the bloke to stop the cross but can hardly be blamed for the goal. Looks more of a centre back to me, nice and composed on ball and read game well. Thought Oshudi looked better pushing forward though when he came on/
As your complaint has nothing in common with WW's complaint, perhaps you just hate fans that aren't you?
a) there's not much money in it b) it's more important to stay in the Championship than have a cup run. There is no depth in our squad; we cannot afford injuries to experienced players.
The experience gained by our youngsters against Notts is very valuable as is the fact that other youngsters can see someone like Thompson get a chance. This means they are more likely to choose Watford over a similar club that doesn't allow youngsters to play in these tournaments. I am not fussed about the result. It's a shame Graham got injured - however, had Malky not put him on people would be having a go for that very reason. It was a calculated gamble which unfortunately didn't come off.
