Aidy ordered the players back to the training ground today on their own. He refused to be there claiming he was not the one who needed to 'warm down' he needed to 'Calm down'. Still clearly furious from Saturday's woeful display.

    Interesting, wouldn't suprise me.

Will the players have been cheering like when you find out your teacher is away at school ?

Yes he was clearly seething in his local radio interview, I feel a bit sorry for the new signings who must wonder what they have let themselves in for.

No more Mr Nice Guy, eh?

Interesting to see how the players react.

They also said-'All is not lost' for us. The Times have always been surprisingly fair to us. Juat about the only newspaper that is. I'm liking this new, harder 'take-no-prisoners' attitude from Aidy. It's quite sexy! (I am a girl btw).

    ;)

If you weren't with that username I would be seriously worried at what our support was coming to.

and hoping you didn't have a seat in the east stand. :)

    LMAO!

Well to be honest I hope he's kicked some ass today...it needed saying after Fulham at home but Aidy always goes with the 'arm around shoulder' approach...balls to that, fair enough some players do need an arm around the shoulder but some also need a rocket!

I can imagine Steve Coppel can lose his rag! We all know about Colin!

Finally realising the 'softly softly' approach is not always going to work. Although, it won't matter what his reaction is, if the players' don't respond in the right way.

it's about time! you can use the excuses "both teams were bad today", "we were unlucky" for so long.

they need a kick up their bums methinks

Theres just not enough fight... V Bolton, the very least we should have done is play them at their own game and boot em all over the place.

We've all been too bloody nice all year... Bang bangs appears to be the only player at the club capable of putting his feet in first.

We need to get back to doing what we did best last year alongside kicking ourselves to safety.

Im not convinced we're doomed yet... there are too many players at this club who need to earn their money before the seasons out.

Hendo, Francis, Bouazza, Smith, Shittu, Doyley.... plus the new boys in Hoskins, Williamson, Williams and Kabba!!!

KJ - this answers my quesion as to why you are so scathing at the moment about the team.

THE FACT IS MATE - WE ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THIS LEAGUE -FACE THAT FACT - 2 wins in 24 games -and you will see the overall seasons performances in a different light. We have done bloody well, have given it all in the vast majority of games and excluding some bad luck and ref decisions - deserve to be where we are because we are the 20th best team in the country this season. It is not a difficult thing to comprehend.

Sad but true, case in point being Hendo, who charges around upfront often in isolation. Still hasn't scored so gets accused of not putting the effort in. Every game on 3 counties they say to Aidy about him putting pressure on the defence, he just needed a good partner to share the work load and add some quality (e.g. Marlon!!!)
