He was on pro terms at Watford, but was told that he could leave quite a while ago. I know that he had a trial at Birmingham but that didn't go through. He's now at Blackburn earning more than he did here, and he played in the Blackburn u21's side the other day. Good luck to him. I wouldn't say that we've missed out on a gem though... we have a lot of good defenders and he never really had a chance.
