I think the current system is the system the players can't learn. Sannino did play 352 and we took 80% of points available doing so under his tenure at the start of the season hence why the banging on. I agree if Joka won't play it then we won't but as I said our best results came playing it scoring twice as many as we conceded in that opening period and always looking a threat. It is since we have altered from a 352 that results have taken a turn for the worse and that is a fact.
Btw I have my opinions and will post them as is my right.
    Get used to it

3-5-2 is the system that best suits the squad we have available. Playing 4-3-3 which results in us playing wingers in central midfield whenever we have an injury (see Dyer/Anya the last three weeks) says it all. We have Doyley, Pudil, Anya and Parades all suitable for wing back. Angella, Cathcart, Bassong, Doyley, Hoban and Ekstrand for centre halves. Still think we need to re-call Battochio to cover central mid. Forestieri is my favourite player, but I would sacrifice him to play that system.

I have no problem with your opinion, I was giving my assessment as to why, based on current evidence, it isn't feasible.

No need to be touchy about it.

Additionally, after two years of people moaning that 352 'isn't working', it's amusing that it's now the ****ing be all and end all.

I'd like Marco Cassetti to come in as manager. Assisted by Mr F Galli.

    Gino, Scott, make it so.

We completely dominated for around 20 minutes and the other 25 I thought we were certainly on top. Don't think Derby did a lot second half and even their goal is probably a 1 in 25 kind of strike although we should have closed him down. Game of two halves for me.
We go about the lack of stability due to the manager changes but as soon as we lose 3 games we want to change again. Can we give him a chance or shall we just change every few weeks. I, like most, was completely shocked to see Vydra on the bench. One of the best strikers in this league yet he doesn't play against a team near the bottom and one at the top for tactical reasons. That doesn't make a lot of sense but it certainly doesn't mean we should change the head coach. What has happened with Sannino, Garcia and McKinley is in the past and although things could have been done better there is nothing we can do about it. Hopefully this guy will learn from mistakes but he's only been here 5 minutes and much as I don't agree with his selections at least Saturday he did something about it.
What does everybody think we should?

What is the current evidence that it is not feasible? Why shouldn't we revert to the system that got us 12points out of our 29 in the opening 5 games?
The players know the system and I for one never wanted or saw the reason it was changed. 1 point stopped us getting promoted using this system and with the likes of Munari/Toszer in the midfield now along with Abdi when fit and Vydra back in the fold we could well be even better using it than we were 2 years ago.

I think I agree with you, but I wonder if you put the same players into these categories as I do. Name names, lease!
