Israel did us a favour, but now it's up to us. With Rooney and Owen out injured, crouch likely to start and Maclaren in charge I still don't think that we will qualify.
Must confess to feeling sorry for the Jocks, that free kick was an absolute travesty, and I know how robbed we would have felt, losing fair and square is one thing but to go out like that must really hurt.:dismay:

Bubble the reason the Scots constantly moan about the English is due to having 1966 consistently rammed down their throats. That is all English football has done in 100 yrs and that was forty years ago.

On British Sky Broadcasting during the Scotland game they kept referring to Scotland as Scotland but when talking about England they kept referring to us instead of England, this in itself just shows the bias the British media has towards England.

These two reasons add up to why the Scots are fed up with listening to the English banging on about why they are so good but yet the facts of recent times don't back this up.

With a family full of Scots, but someone who regards themselves as English I know it's not hatred just frustration from people banging on about how good the English are.

 

In one word: RUBBISH...
