its 14 flights of stairs to your seats (half time before you get your breath back) you are 1/4 of a mile from the pitch and if you are bringin any older friends ?? ask the stewards to use the lift ! because they might not make it to the seats

Nearly right. From the very back seats it's 1/4 of a mile to the furthest goal. I agree that the steps up are a h3ll of a climb, but not even close to kaiserslaurten where there are as many steps, but the stadium is at the top of a steep hill!

At least the away end bar is waiting for you at the top of the climb .

What sport is the pitch set up for in that pic? looks like a light sabre at each end with 3 goals in the middle - hopefully that should be a big enough target for Doyley!

the stands are that high, It stops sunlight getting on the grass, so they have to use sun lamps to make the grass grow ?

 

also seem to remember last time being next to the newcastle ultras who had an average age of about 10.

also get a good view of the city from the top of the stand

The problem's with the height of the stands..as you will know.

I dont see how that can be correct.

A quater of a mile is 440 yards..so that would mean 4 lengths of an average football pitch from the goal to the top of the stand.
