Unfortunately it probably is. It would be good if the club announced some future plans soon. I must admit that even brand new stadiums have their problems. At Spurs yesterday I queued at half time for a beer and gave up after 10mins not moving. How hard can it be to serve a few hundred pints quickly with a cashless system.
The only time I've ever seen a beer queue move quickly at half time was Leicester away when they gave it away for free. The issue must be payment.
That, and people being useless at the process of making payments. Any payment system obviously has a lag time from inserting card to confirming transaction. Multiple that by thousands of people and those delays add up. Couple that with the numpties who suddenly realise they don't have their payment in hand when asked to settle up, add in the I-know-I-Have-My-Card-Here-Somewhere types, multiply all those out, and you have a shed load of wasted time. People are absolutely crap at paying for things quickly.
A couple of seasons ago at Watford they did pre-pay beer tokens to be used at half time at the kiosks.
Away fans get the worst bit, so if that influenced the vote then it wouldn't surprise me. But it's far nicer than Everton, Burnley and Palace at least.

Is it nearly 100 years since we left Cassio Road? My, how time flies. And now, just as we are settling in, people want to move on again.
Turd Moor and Selhurst Park are total dumps to Vicarage Road. We've been voted best pitch in England on more than one occasion also. We have some of the best groundsman, and a real family feel.
I agree Rose, unless those and a few other grounds have been VASTLY improved since the last time I was there, then whoever did that survey is waaaaaay off the mark, and I have my doubts they even visited all the grounds before making their selection
Bit of a tough one comparing rugby (both codes) with football crowds. There is no requirement for supporters to segregated and the hospitality spend is much higher for egg-chasers - let alone rugby fans expecting something 'nice' (edible?) for their dosh and having the magically ability to sup a pint watching the game.
When Sarries played at the Vic fans were mingled and it was a convivial atmosphere with plenty of friendly banter and unfortunate comments towards the cheerleaders as I remember. You could not get that with Watford playing.
