Very spooky! It's a gorgeous part of the world though. They own the farm at the base of Foss á Siðu just up the road from there. There's a red-roof house in Kirkjubæjarklaustur, really obvious from the top of the waterfall, that's my mum's cousin's place enjoy yourself

Karma is painful. As payback for my jest it appears i have been made to suffer. i booked a late deal yesterday in Southampton. Turned out the hotel was next to the Aegeus Bowl and Bryan Adams was playing. I will never ever upset the gods of this forum again

That is an oxymoron - the only semi-decent song that dire Canadian churned out was done brilliantly by Stewie - a far preferable version.

Thank you, we are staying just across the main road in the landbrodt area and are hiking beside the waterfall tomorrow so will look out for it. Next step we can form a Klaustal Hornets branch!

Iceland is an absolutely stunning place. Anyone who's not visited should get themselves there and do the 7-10 day circuit round the island we did. I've been lucky enough to visit a lot of this planet but Iceland was perhaps the most memorable. That place where the glaciers go down to the sea, break off as icebergs and then wash up and melt on the beach was amazing. Jokulsarlon?
