I missed all the others but heard The Snake song by Al Wilson. Top humour by the club for this playlist.

You say that, but it seemed to affect him, so all good.

I don't hate him at all. He's essentially a teenager who is still immature.

However, if booing him means he doesn't score against us and is taken off in the 64th minute after an innefecfuao showing, then good.

Also he dived like a ****.

Absolutely delighted with the result, and of course devastated for our friend Marco Silva.

In the end it did play in our favour so can't complain :D Thank God he didn't score one in return as would've celebrated to the point where we would be hating him more than Silva

What a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. Best atmosphere in ages, and although the game was poor, it was fairly easy for us playing pretty average to comfortably see off a £200m team without getting into top gear.

The way the club handled it was perfect - a few choice songs, a "warm welcome" announcement and an eventual half baked cordon by the away dugout.

Snake clearly has no plan B and genuinely is a fraud. Read some Everton fans describing him as "like Mike Walker, totally out of his depth". A really slimy, horrible, self serving tool, with delusions of grandeur.

Didn't see the trouble after, but me and my daughter had massive fun jumping up and slapping the free player stickers on the shops side of the Everton coaches. Got a big cheer for each one and she enjoyed the high fives she was offered as a result.

She said she'd never seen me sing so much and do loud at a game.

Personally I didn't care whether Richarlison got booed or not ... but he left in a way that said he was better than us ... and I felt very pleased that he just didn't look like he could handle it or was comfortable today (despite his previous comments about the tough background he comes from) - He got substituted because he just couldn't perform - Holebas had him under control and for me is fast becoming a club legend - he gives away silly fouls, he argues, but he is committed in a way Richarlison never was - and, as others have said, there was a commitment and passion today from the team - the clip of Marriappa summed it up ...

Selling Richarlison was the best piece of business ever done by this club.

Wiped the slate clean of every donkey we ever signed and every star we let go for peanuts.

I didn't Boo Richarlison as I'm a bit past that sort of thing, but I don't blame those that did as he more or less "Down tools " after his Dad Silva was sacked!

Totally agree about Holebas, he has been very good this season, and I think that this has a lot to do with the signing of Masina, who could be a resonable replacement had Holebas not upped his game.

At less that £2m, I think, he must rate as one of the best transfer successes of the Pozzo era, even if we did have to kidnap him to get hiom here.

Very much like an old-fashioned cup tie in atmosphere and it was between two very evenly-matched teams throughout the first half. Watford won the second half on points, I thought, notwithstanding Everton's desperate pushing forward towards the end. Neither side took too many risks early on, but I thought the quality of the play, whilst not scintillating, was better than I've seen for a while.
It was, at least for us, all about the result and the passion the players showed to achieve that was palpable.
One or two shibboleths laid to rest: 1 Everton's defence played well, I thought. Watford mounted several quite good attacks, even in the first half, which were snuffed out by good defending. We should, probably, have tested them more frequently vis a vis set-piece defending, but I didn't see too much weakness. The one and only goal was a good, sharply executed one.
2 Watford's candidates for MOM were all defenders or midfielders: Holebas, Capoue, Cathcart, Janmat and (yes) Marriappa were all immense, Hughes much more like his old self.
3 Sema did not set the game alight, but he was not bad. He has a certain amount of physical presence and used it. Tidy. We can surely do better in the long run, but people are making out he was a disaster, which he wasn't.
Disappointments: I thought Dacoure (understandably) and Deeney (disappointingly) looked off the pace, and had too many mis-judged passes.
Same old same olds: 1 Delefeou can't finish to save his life.
2 Richarlison still throws himself to the ground and plays the wounded soldier an unhealthy amount of the time.
By the end of the match Watford had proved the better side and deserved to win.

The thing that surprised me most in that game was Holebas outpacing Richarlison in a foot race. Richarlison started ahead of Holebas and would have been clean through, but Holebas outpaced him, and cleared.

Was that towards the end, when Holebas flicked the ball with the outside of his foot back for Foster to clear! Remarkable
Something we didn't think he had in his locker!

Still baffled how he (or anyone in their side wasn't booked... in the 90 minutes).

    Richarlison really is a pansy.

Maybe Walker (keeper) was better for us than Walker (manager) was for them.

Maybe Richie (young Brazilian talent) was better for us than Richie (dummy brat) is for them.

I've thought this for a while now, but I think Everton have a real chance of being sucked into a relegation battle.

They are on 33 points, and Southampton are now third from bottom on 24 points. Everton have also played one more game than everyone else. They are only 9 points clear with 11 games to go.

Their fixture list is tough. All the strugglers away and all the top 6 at home for the bulk of their remaining games.

If you consider Southampton have 24 from 26, it seems reasonable to think you will actually need around 40 points this season to stay up. I think Everton could struggle to get that. Only picked up 11 points from their last 14 games and going on what they had to offer during today's match, they don't seem equipped for a fight against the drop.

They have 11 games left, but I can't make a case for winning many of them. They are in real trouble and could sleep walk into the Championship. Silva, two relegations in three seasons, and had we retained him, we would certainly have gone down too.

I forgot to say, have to give credit to Cathcart for that touch / reverse ball to Hughes for the assist. It was delightful.
