29 year old LB/LM who has just been released by Newcastle. Previously not good enough for Sheff Wed.

Exactly the kind of crap I'd expect us to go for.

He's not currently injured though, so I can't see this happening

    Bothered. Typical pozzo signing.
Probably Xisco asked for someone in this position, Gino and Scott ****ed him right off during the transfer window hoping he’d get something out of what’s there. So here you go Xisco have this guy our scouting set up found this ex premier league player if you don’t make it work by Tuesday on the training pitch we’re replacing you with a blow up doll.

I’m sure he can pick up an injury while signing his contract or sitting down for his welcome interview on Hive Live.

    The left sided Navarro.

Good to know that if Masina and Kiko/Ngakia are injured or suspended, we have two absolutely sh1t players to turn to.

As good as done according to Italian media. Frozen out by a poor Newcastle side and then been in and out of Italian sides in the lower leagues there...

    Inspiring stuff.

Imagine Ngakia at left back was the kick up the arse Gino needed. Senior left back cover, nothing more

    It’s just awful.

Start the summer window with high hopes for Estupinan as our left-back, only to see him sold for peanuts.

End the next window with the likes of this guy instead. He and Gosling as our transfer business, plus one actual decent signing we refuse to start.

For the life of me I can’t understand Pozzo seemingly settling for us as a club content to now live with mediocrity. I understand owners often want to save money and I get that these are unprecedented times. But why has an owner once so ruthlessly determined to reach the PL and then one who spent considerable sums of money to try to stay there (Sarr, Pereyra, Deulofeu, Capoue etc, plus the misguided but big statement fee for Gray) now been reduced to such underwhelming business in the transfer market and in appointing coaches.

There seems little ambition now, and if that’s the case then why bother anymore.

Navarro is a much better player than Lazaar. A better description is Lazaar is a poor man's Navarro. He's probably on a similar level to Stevenson but older.

Just a bit annoying that we have had to go through so much of the season with no LB, and then when our one LB came back he's been pretty poor.

Signing duds for back-up only works if you have decent players in the position already.

Oh, we're still signing people? Can we sign a striker and a creative midfielder? Preferably not one who's permanently crocked or ****

Agree with the first point, but think full back is probably our strongest position with Femenia, Ngakia and Masina

There is crap. And there is uber crap. Decent once upon a time. Which perhaps is when we should have signed him. Next stop Sturridge perhaps ?

We would have more chance with this....

Sturridge to good for us. Plus Troy wouldn’t go for it as competition for his place.

Oh dear. I mean, we could use left back cover, but based on the last couple of years, does this guy even count as a professional footballer?

Does Gray ? :D As has been said Ginocchio has turned WFC into a retirement home for the feeble and incapable. I can't imagine what money we will get for Gray when we do flog him. A couple of shillings probably.

We wouldn’t be in existence under Bas, show some respect for the greatest owners we’ve ever had who do no wrong, get every decision right all the time. We’re lucky.

Not sure why you are all so worried, he’s signing a 6 month contract. Our new signings don’t play for the first 7 months.
