Both teams clock off a week early?

Sounded like we hardly had an attack - let alone at shot.

Least we didn't lose I guess and the defence will say another clean sheet - by hook or crook.

I tried to look at this positives but that was awful, the only person who looked like he gave a toss was Gosling when he was injured

I wouldn’t be surprised if the league call us and ask for the point back and charged us with impersonating a football team

Take a point, forget this game ever happened, hope we have more players back fit by December.

I am shocked that I managed to stay awake, I liked the occasional cameo by a seagull or two.

We played like a team who'd had a number of players with a bug over the last few days! Choudhury in particular played as if he was drunk; he was as bad today as he was good on Tuesday. Kamara was also shocking.

The only players who appeared in any way at the races were WTE, Kabasele and Davis.

Thankfully Bristol City were also trash. While it's a tad disappointing we couldn't capitalise on playing against such a poor team to put in a decent performance ourselves, all things considered a point isn't the worst thing in the world going in to the break.

Only annoyance was again we get another injury, this time to Gosling who has been our best RB so far. From the sounds of it Ngakia should actually be ready for the restart, which will be needed as Gaspar is still crap, but signing a new RB on 1st January has to be on the cards already!

I'll enjoy Sarr putting in more effort for the next 3-5 games he plays before jetting back from the world cup.

Shame Bayo had those two hopeless efforts. 0 shots was about right.

Highlight of the match for me, was when that Bristol City player walloped the ball into his mate's bolllocks.

What an absolutely dreadful performance. Truly without redeeming feature, other than a scarcely deserved point inexplicably snatched from the jaws of defeat. The worst game I've seen us play this season, across the board.

Started terribly; sluggishly and with no control, guile, or movement whatsoever, and continued from there. What will presumably go down as two shots across the 90, one the last contact of the game as Bayo Bayo'd a header harmlessly to absolutely nowhere. Diabolical.

The defence were absolutely at sixes and sevens throughout the first half in particular - our shape is still dreadful and it's not difficult for anyone to spot. Special mention to Kamara for making the wrong decision every single time he was called upon to make one.

I cannot see how anyone can possibly make the argument at this point that Kayembe's genuinely unique one-footedness, combined with his insane reticence to even consider playing the ball semi-progressively, is not actively detrimental to how we play as a team and the results we therefore achieve. Before any of the 'you also failed to mention pineapples, mangoes, strawberries' crowd rears their head, he is far, far from the only thing that needs improving/sorting, but he is certainly one that would be a top priority for me.

    We go again.

Mission accomplished. Top 6 ahead of the World Cup, which seemed an impossible task under the useless Edwards.

Dreadful match as a pre-WC kickabout but away point is always a result.

Bilic needs a pre-season and he gets one. Get the Frankfurt guy in and get prepped for Jan 1st.

Absolutely diabolical performance, I’ve seen England games better than that.

Very lucky to escape out of that with a point, I really feel City should’ve won with a few chances they had.

I can’t remember us creating one good chance throughout the entire game, that was a really hard watch.

I think it’s important at moments like this to show why we’re the original family club and support one of our own.

Daniel Gosling has dreamt of watching the World Cup pain free free for his whole career. Instead he’s now going to have to do extra rehab sessions at London Colney and probably miss those epic mid-afternoon group games like *checks notes* Uruguay v South Korea and Ecuador v Senegal. I just hope he makes it to the knockout stages.

    Solidarity, brother.

Sarr I can kind of understand as he has his mind on the World Cup, but JP must have been in a right state for us not to start him in our last game for a month!

The challenge that we have is to take some positives from that drudgery.

Clean sheet, didn’t lose, it’s over.

We’ve had performances under Bilic that were far worse than ones under Edwards. Jury is still out for me on Bilic, a few bad results in December and he could be in trouble.

Bad result and bad performance, on a positive note some key players were rested. Hopefully this WC break will be helpful as Bilic will have more time to work with some of the players.

I'd say the poor performances have been pretty equally shared, West Brom, Blackburn, Blackpool, Millwall and today were all crimes against football. I'd say in the short term we're better placed under Bilic than Edwards, I'm fairly confident of us making the play-offs, but the problem is, as it's always been, that if we don't achieve our short-term goals, Bilic is toast and we're back to square one, whereas with Edwards maybe just maybe we could have built something

If there was ever a game to define our season, that was it. We should of lost that, FOUR free headers in our six yard box - didn't concede somehow. Defense was all over the place but tbf neither side deserved to win that, we had one shot on target the whole game. Sums up the game, Gosling looked proper pee'd off though when he was taken off - there goes our makeshift right back then. JP and Sarr hardly made a difference when they did finally come on, but there was more excitement watching paint dry. Awful set peices when we did have them, Gaspar was blowing out of his arse towards the end. Bachmann had an alright game but Kabasele was again very poor, caught out of position again and again. Karama was also dreadful likewise Kayambe. We really miss Louza in the middle to create something.

I guess we didn't lose and moved up to fourth, But that is barely consolation for a truly awful performance. Talk about a mid season break wind down game. One to forget, and it was ironic how similar this was to the Ivic game, which also ended goaless after a dreadful affair. Bilic has got to use this break to see which players he can get back in the next month (if any). Hull next, another side down there, and dear god can we turn up for that one?

I guess we might have woken up had they actually scored.

Probably no better than some of the previous away games at Blackpool, Millwall or Blackburn but the only difference is City didn't score.

You’re banging your head against a brick wall with this. For me, pound for pound, taking account of the importance of the position he plays, he’s undoubtedly our worst player. But I’m on the cusp of giving up saying it because for some bizarre reason loads of people are ready to pop up and defend him. And not just in a ‘give him a break, he tries hard’ kind of way but based on some odd belief that his incredible one-footed pedestrian visionless brand of non-football is fine.

2 years ago there were a lot of games which seemed to set a benchmark for poor performances, yet we've really extended ourselves in that regard this season

I don’t care if Tom Dele-Bashiru isn’t the answer to all our problems, when your other options are Choudhury and Kayembe then he starts against Hull for me.
