Played his part in one of the best seasons in our club's history, and was a big factor in a promotion to the the PL. A limited footballer, but I didn't doubt his commitment or effort.

Hopefully we got a few quid for him.

 

Awful, awful footballer. No idea how he managed to get so many Premier League minutes, it’s a travesty. Lovely guy though, wish him the best. Definitely not one of the toxic, bad eggs we had, just plain old rubbish at football.

 

For a defender schooled in Italy, he was incredibly dopey. Who remembers when he sliced the ball high into the middle of pitch under no pressure, leading to the opposition scoring? Liverpool at home maybe? And who could forget his playground attempt at a tackle against Villa to give us all an unnecessarily nervy last few minutes?

 

If only for this moment from 1:45 onwards, thank you Adam.
