Mark Roberts throw ins are such a good tool. Gets you out of defence and gets the ball in the box in seconds.

 

Should be 1-1 both sides missed sitters

Birmingham set up for long throws and set pieces but constantly waste them. Don’t think they’ve won the first header one a set piece once! That donkey Jukciewicz reminds me of Deeney, seemingly on a one man mission in recent weeks to let our rivals off the hook

Brentford move it around nicely but haven’t managed to get one set up for Toney yet. Canos their danger man so far but he was guilty of missing a 1v1 which really should have been buried - shades of Pereyra in the cup final

 

Birmingham putting on a decent show for us in the first half. One good chance and generally making a nuisance of themselves with some good quality play and those long throws. Canos with a glaring miss, however.

 

The teams at the bottom are catching Brum up so they'll be highly motivated. I reckon they're the most dangerous opponents at this stage of the season - apart from Norwich of course.

 

They’ve looked superb so far, on and off the ball

 

Lewis O’Brien always stands out for me for Huddersfield. Wins the ball well and progresses it well via dribbles and good forward passing too.

 

The Brentford fans seem to absolutely hate Canos for some reason.

 

They’re quality, I saw them a few weeks ago go away to Forest and win the game in 10 minutes

Our fans who think we are better than them or can close a 6 point gap on them are living in dream land

 

Watched the 1st half, can’t see Birmingham holding on , but then again who knows

we really need somebody that can throw the ball into the box like Roberts it’s like a bonus corner

 

I don’t think Norwich have played the ball off of the ground once yet have they?

 

He has good games and bad games, nothing inbetween.

 

Norwich are long gone. It's 2nd or play offs.

 

The gulf in quality between Brentford vs Huddersfield and Norwich vs Huddersfield is pretty huge.

 

Norwich absolutely hammering Huddersfield here.

 

Yep Norwich are so, so good - hadn't watched them properly in a while. That won't be a fun game.

 

What was that gap 5 games ago?

 

It was never realistic to catch Norwich, they’ve been relentless all season. A ‘wobble’ from them is the odd draw here or there, we needed them to lose 3/4 games when there was literally no logical reason why they would.

 

Saw him for the first time this weekend and was really impressed. Never stopped running

 

4-0 Norwich in under half an hour lolz.

 

If anyone still thinks we’re better than Norwich they’re delusional.

 

The good thing in theory is 87 points will probably be enough for them, but I actually think it might be worse playing Norwich in exhibition mode.

 

Yet if we both go up we will finish above them.

 

Norwich have been utterly brilliant so far, we’re not catching them unfortunately.

 

When was the last game against them we didn't win?

 

Shows the difference between Norwich and Brentford.

Or just how inconsistent Huddersfield are...

 

Starting to think Norwich might possibly be gone.

 

And if we don’t we’ll disappear out of sight while they get even stronger.

 

Don’t need to worry about Norwich.

Brentford are the ones to focus on

 

I’m not sure if you’re watching the game? We aren’t even close to being able to play some of the football they’re playing.

Not to mention they have a lot more points than us which is probably the strongest clue they’re a bit better.
