It's strange. Similar to Zinckernagel, his career stats were pretty poor before last season, then out of the blue he scored 27 goals in 25 matches. Before that he had only scored 16 goals in 115 games!!. Truly bizarre stats, which follows a similar pattern to Zinckernagel.
It is simply amazing. Anyways it seems he would get a work permit even though he's not an international.
That they haven't written. Under the new work permit regulations it is believed that Junker would qualify. That is despite the fact that he is not a full international. https://www.teamtalk.com/news/exclusive-west-brom-palace-join-hunt-danish-striker-junker
I’m not convinced. He hasn’t played in the Europa League proper and the Eliteserien isn’t a high band league.
Junker could be good if we can get a work permit. Patrick Berg is also someone I would like to see us go for. Would be a decent Capoue replacement. Is their captain, only 23 and seems a good option in the middle. I’ve compared him with Chalobah, and I know the Norwegian league is weaker than the championship in general, but he put up some impressive stats. In truth anyone is better than Chalobah but still.
Ivic's priority was for a creative midfielder (basically Zinckernagel) and a left-back. Though he did get sacked.
Well with all the grandpa’s fighting on here I figured there was a lot of eye sight problems. When my nans eye sight went we bought her one of these so she could at least call us. I used the same principle.
Haven't clicked the link as that publication is awful but guessing it says he's reneged on his contract after seeing Andre Gray in training and he's signing for Fenerbahce and/or Celtic?
Great stats but how do they compare against Andre Gray, Issac Success and anyone else you can think of ? Just like Gray, it has a "flash" option but doesn't seem to have a "forward" option.
Exciting interview with Zinkernagel in Danish television pre the Manchester game on Saturday. https://www.eurosport.dk/fodbold/th...-sa-er-det-en-skandale_vid1400478/video.shtml It was a no-brainer to move to Watford. Compared to the other offers (Celtic, Schalke and others (clubs in Germany, France and Holland)) Watford had the best package. Long deal, good economy, biggest potential for him (Possibility to play Premier League, hopefully) Calls it a nice club, with good owners, big ambitions. All in the club is a Premier League setup, really professional. Thinks Munoz is an exciting coach, and his attacking approach to the game, was one of the things that convinced him to move. “A Spanish coach, who said he can use me on multiple positions” The goal is Premier League next, and it is quite noticeable it is a big failure if that doesn’t happen. “A scandal” he calls it. Only been to one game, but says he can feel the pressure among the group. A big pressure outside. They need win. He needs to adapt to play on grass again. Used to play on artificial grass in Norway. Hopes he will play on Saturday, but don’t expect to play the whole game.
https://www.statsperform.com/resource/philip-zinckernagel-the-assist-king/ A good detailed insight of what he'll hopefully bring to the team.
Absolutely no point him being an assist king if one of our strikers wont be in the box and the other one cant score even though he gets in the right positions some of the time.
That is my main concern, especially when watching the videos of his assists, I just can't picture our strikers getting anywhere near some of the balls he plays in.
There's no point even delivering it into the box with that clown in the middle. The best we could hope for is a defender to swing wildly at one and stick it in the onion net.
