Truthfully, I'd benefit hugely from a few hours with IBB.

I'm not a great tennis player by any stretch.

 

Have this one on me,by way of a Christmas gift!
1) Tennis is a game of movement. If you want to walk,play golf!
2} The ball is the boss,learn the five ball characteristics ; height,depth,speed,spin and direction.
3} Once you have correctly read the ball,make sure you achieve the correct body to ball distance,slightly to the side and marginally in front of you.
4) You can now focus on your sending skills,swing shape (low to high),racket face angle ( your steering) and swing speed.

Next week- pure sending,the serve.

 

Well,you're better equipped than the sap who "works" at my club!

 

I used to enjoy tennis, but it was always the the serve, I could never get served quickly at the club bar.

At first I thought his aloof demeanour and ‘hard man’ act was just what we needed. Now however I am sick to death of his miserable FY team selections, dour tactics and utterly bizarre teams selections. I think his position is now untenable.

We may all debate about the strength of our squad but the only person who really counts in this is Gino and I have no doubt that he thought we were strong enough to walk this league.

Get rid and do it now before too many games pass

 

The only explanation for the two fullback subs is he thought the game was gone and wanted to get them match fitness.

But that alone is a sackable offence, gross misconduct.

That’s me done with Ivic now. I have no idea what was going through his mind for any of his decisions today, starting with his team selection. I don’t care who takes over.

 

Yeah, I mean Ivic has lost it but it’s not Deeneys place to take issue with him. If there was some sort of row what will have affected team morale, that’s if he hasn’t already turned most of the team against him anyway.
