Good luck to him, he's made us a good chunk of money. Just didn't ever seem keen on playing for us in the Prem. Hopefully we have a decent sell-on clause in case he does keep progressing and gets a big move in the future. With the proceeds we should be able to finally secure that new six year deal for Okaka.

Surprised and disappointed Dortmund didn't already just do that from us this summer. Would be poor business if we ended up buying Sarr for more than this £20mil + add-ons. Even worse if we didn't even end up signing anyone else.

That said, he’s had one good season in his whole career, little international recognition and rumours about his attitude and conduct at times from his manager last season. Considering how many minutes he played for us, and his seemingly reluctant attitude towards returning and fighting for a place, it’s a very good deal when you consider he is our second (maybe 3rd depending on Ighalo fee) biggest sale ever. But for me, and I have my doubts that it will, the money HAS to be reinvested back into the squad.

He clearly never wanted to come back here so this is best for all parties. £20m plus add ons for somebody that has played 15 minutes of football for us is incredible. If goes on to be a superstar and sold for £60m then so be it but for this was a no brainer. Sarr and Pavon in would be handy now and I would think at least one of those we are very confident about
