Did you see the Champions League games? That's real football right there. My 8 favourite teams (except Real Madrid sometimes too) battling it out. Obviously I didn't watch any of it, but I'm up for some banter about it.
No need to apologise! Of course we still have a chance but I think that chance would have been greatly improved with City having more matches. The higher the stakes the greater the emotional input. The frequency of the games would also increase the chance of injuries. I don't believe their confidence will be dented at present, possibly if they lose to Spurs and Liverpool win the title. Pep made a very poor team selection for the first leg and it has cost them dearly. Let's hope Pep makes another strategic error on May 18,as he did last Tuesday.
Now the quadruple has gone are they more likely to be less bothered about the cup final? They have already won the league cup and may well have won the league. Either way, we are going to have to play out of our skins and probably have a fair bit of luck but we have more chance than anybody else
Quick question before I phone the ticket office. If I've already bought my ticket can I still buy one via my log in for another fan id who is Cat B when they go on sale next Tuesday?
Does anyone have any advice for someone who has to purchase during the mad rush when tickets become available for Cat C buyers? Excluding the obvious ones such as be online when they go on sale!
Have a few different browsers open, Safari would not open the interactive seat map for me, whereby Google Chrome did.
My turn for shameless begging... Does anyone have a category B ID I could use? Me and the kids have season tickets and are sorted, but Mrs Peel is only Category C. She's been to loads of games over the years but sometimes goes on the kids ticket when they can't go, or my mates have booked one for her, so is down in C. I appreciate this is unlikely.
Booked in for hand surgery at 7.30am on Tuesday. Hoping either the surgeon gets stuck in traffic or they are sympathetic Hornets who will let me buy before I get spliced...
Man City have laid on coaches for their fans to say thanks for the continued away support. 26 coaches, and stated as one coach for each member of the 1st team squad...thought squads had to be 25? Many will say it’s a cynical ploy to make sure they sell their allocation and not make fans lose interest after last night. Not me though....
Why are those seats so expensive? Me and the missus sat in club Wembley seats for an Olympic match and they were around £30 each (possibly cheaper)'. I'm surprised there are no consumer protection laws that prevent these extortionate prices!
So did all you category A cup final people get the tickets you wanted? Get the blocks and seats? Hope everyone did
Have a few different browsers open, Don't assume the queue is first come, first served - it appears to be random, If the splash screen with the circle of doom doesn't display normally, give it up and start again - the interactive map won't load anyway.
So I noticed on Twitter Hanson Ho was successful on the overseas ballot, despite him attending the Fulham home match on 2nd April (before the 11th April purchase data deadline), meaning he would be ineligible for the overseas ballot in a similar manner myself and a couple others on here are. Seems to be one rule for one, and another rule for others. I guess he was always going to get one based on his 'viral' story of how he came to support the club. Bit of a joke to be honest.
