The old thread was annoying me a little bit, we're looking at a whole different pool of players now so thought a new thread would be in order! Post away
If we want an inspirational leader on the pitch I think we should look no further than Winston Churchill.
Faurlin, out of contract, only 28, had his injury problems but highly rated to add another dynamic to the middle
Good player when fit, but he won't be. I'm sure he hasn't actually played for about three years because every time he gets fit he's crocked within a fortnight.
Albert Rusnak. He left Man City last summer to play in Holland where he has done well. He is looking for a return to the Prem. He's an attacking midfielder who could be a good understudy to Abdi and counts as homegrown too. Would appear to fit the Pozzo model and shouldn't cost the earth.
Good player, already a legend at Groningen after just half a season. They won their first "KNVB beker" ever thanks to his two goals in the final.

Kevin-Prince Boateng released by Schalke after some dressing room dispute ... I really rate him and surely Joka could scare him into playing well.
Saw on facebook (very reliable) that Stoke are interested in him and Sidney Sam, who was also apparently released
We just shipped out the troublemakers and reaped the rewards. Why would we want to bring in another one?
