As we have a bit of a mini crisis at CB at the moment, do we have a call back on the Belkalem loan? By all reports he playing well in Turkey, so should we bring him back if we can?
Pretty sure you can't recall international loans outside of the transfer window, regardless of whether we have the option.
We don't even slightly have a crisis at centre back. Ekstrand, Bassong, Hoban and the soon to be returning Angella are more than enough.

Can't see either of those clubs paying out of their noses. Still reckon he would do well here, given the chance.
I am quite fond of Belko, particularly after the World Cup. I certainly would be happy to see him back here but if we get offered £2-3million I might not argue. I remember talking to him briefly before the Middlesbrough game last season. For a guy who'd spent his prior career in Algeria I was impressed with his English.
Hmmn. Are you sure you don't mean a DLDMF or even an BFBWNGAT? (Big fat bloke who never gets a game).
Any chance he could be on his way back if we go up? From the little I've heard he has apparently been doing well in Turkey.
Tweet and an article this morning saying his Turkish team has not taken the option and he'll be coming back to Watford. Saw he's played only 16 games this season. Anyone know haw he got on. Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, and sorry there's no source.
The fans in Turkey seem to like him and he had a very decent World Cup. Scored 3 goals in 24 apps in all comps for Trabzonspor this year. Keep him as back-up?
There is a decent player in there some where. Loan him out to the Championship for a season and see how he gets on.
Just as long as he never plays for the first team again I don't care where he goes or what he does. Complete liability. Accident waiting to happen. Rivalled only by Tamas in the modern era and Keith Dublin in the recent past.
Not sure how anyone can make their mind up that completely after just 5 starts in his first season outside Algeria. Seems a bit hasty to me, especially seeing as he's kicked on impressively since.
I'd be very happy to be proved wrong after a successful loan elsewhere but I just don't see it. I winced every time he went in for a challenge in those 5 games. If he was so good in Turkey why didn't they take up the option to keep him ?
