It makes you wonder why they didn't check all the information on the incidents sooner and investigate fully before making hasty decisions in the first place.

However lying against another team/driver isn't good and I guess they feel Lewis was to blame by not being honest in the first place.

My main worry is that the Brawns will get kicked out with the new system that the other teams don't like so well quite frankly was there any point in the Oz race!?

That was very interesting. Perhaps they should all be 32 laps with bizarre weather conditions?

Was a good race before the rain came and well safety of drivers etc comes first I guess.

Not sure if the later race time was part of the problem but ofcourse rain could occur at any moment as we know in this country!

    Will the standings remain though...

    Tax evasion band wagon

For all those critics of "tax evasion" just wake up will you.

People pay tax to live in this country. If they live outside, why should they pay tax? Why have a pop at Hamilton and Button, but not all the people who emigrate to Spain, Australia or Canada.

Ask yourself this: If you were earning millions per year and travelling the globe driving a car, would you opt to live in a dreary, rainy country which taxes you 40% of most of your earnings just so you could contribute to the welfare state, or would you live in a beautiful, spacious home in a country with cleaner air which didn't tax you?

It's a stupid question and a stupid argument.

    Agreed.

Its also good to see today that the brawn diffuser is legal and that button gets to keep his 2 wins

Hamilton is a c0ckend, and anything and everything that he does should and will be classed as winkerish.

Including moving country to avoid tax. The reasons behind it are irrelevant - he is a winker.

Long live Jenson Button, the best racing driver in England.

Hamilton did not even have the good grace to admit he was moving to Switzerland to avoid paying taxes but pretended rather it was to avoid publicity.

The **** earns £20M pa but cannot afford to give up £8M in taxes. Can he not live on £12M a year.

He's not the only one as a lot of those overpaid footballers are thorugh the auspices of their investment advisors are sinking money into properties abroad and companies.

Still they are all *****. Why an earth should a person earning 11K pa have to pay proportionately more tax than someone on a very high annual salary.

    Sheer greed.

Ask Dublin Hornet. The hypocrisy of U2 in whining about world poverty but then moving their operations to Holland to avoid taxation is mind boggling.

Another reason to want to punch Bonio.

Hopefully if the G20 can get their act together they will b e looking to close all these offshore facilities and tax havens and these ******* will have to pay their fair share of taxation.

Well, I freely admit right now that if I ever earn 20m a year, I will leave this isle and live in abroad with the expressed aim of avoiding having to pay taxes.

I cant stand co qpr owner Flavio Briatore. He has had a go at Button in the press just because he lost the appeal. Flavio discribes Button as a kerbstone he was suggest that Button isn’t one of the greats in current F1 and that him winning everything damages the credibility of the sport. I liked Button's responce he said about Flavio that He needs to remember that he tried to employ me for this year. I find that comment interesting from Button as it proves that Flavio is looking to get Piquet out.

Not the Brawn 1-2 grid for the race in China tomorrow then with Vettel/Alson and Webber ahead.

Even Hamilton managed 9th which is good for him.

If all the off track disputes would just disppear people will see a more exciting and interesting season ahead.

Should be a great race. Going into turn one will be intesting as there is lots of chances to overtake. The red bulls and alonso will be running lighter then the brawns to start with and i bet they will also use the super soft tyers aswell what will make it very interesting. I think it will end up like this 1.vettel 2. barrichello 3.button.4.trulli 5.webber

Flavio is an utter ****. He's one of these people that believes the more money you have the more respected your opinion is.

I like Jensen. Driver's are only as good as their car, and the shyte Honda he was stuck with for a few years must have been demoralising for him. Now its payback time!

Should be a good race tomorrow, especially as Vettel is on pole.

I don't like Lewis Hamilton. But that's 8 million pounds. EIGHT MILLION. I'm ****ed if I'm going to just give that away when i can use it, selfishly or unselfishly, to reflect my own interests.

Tax has paid for him to reach where he has got, and it continues to do so. What would he have done without an education? Or infrastructure? Wouldn't have become a sodding f1 driver. What if there was no money to rebuild a motorway bridge he needed to get to his ****ing F1 tryout? Or the sodding national grid blew up on his face, and there was no A&E for him to go to?

If everyone avoided tax like him, he wouldn't have got to where he is today.

**** off F1 drivers. Pay your bloody tax like everyone else. Its alot easier to live on £15m a year after tax than it is £20k.

Just because he has more money doesn't make him exempt from paying farking taxes, and I don't know why you think it does.

If you want to go and live overseas, I'm not stopping you. If you're honest, your whole post is just based on envy. Sure, I'd like to earn 20m a year, but I don't and I don't hold it against people who do. Well, not most of them anyway.

i have no intention of paying tax. although thats mostly born out of confusion and low earnings rather than wanting to keep 8 million.

Yes it is, I'm not ashamed of it.

I hold it against him because he is not putting anything back into the system which brought him to where he is. Of course, all rich people do that, which is why I hate them all.

    Booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

Well done Jenson he had a fast car but the red bull was quicker but Button got passed the slower cars when it counted. The next race will be massive as the european season starts and there will be big updates on all the cars.
