A friend of mine is an accountant and he seems to have been taking exams every year since I've known him. I don't know if that means he's very good or very bad!

Has he got any letters after his name yet?

It could be either he is progressing up the ladder like I hopefully will be over the next 6 years or something. Or he could be failing the exams and having to resit them.

Exam dates are June and December unless he's doing a course which has computer based exams.

For the one I am doing in June I have to get over 80% to pass it :dismay:

Any idea what exams your friend is doing?

Agreed with the nights before business. However these exams are a tad harder than GCSE and A Level exams which ever one you're sitting Liam

I honestly have no idea! We never talk about his work, and never have in all the years I've known him. Not exactly an exciting topic accounting ;). I will ask him when I see him this week.

Part of the Windows 2003 MCSE track. To be precise it's...

Planning, Implementing, and Maintaining a Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Infrastructure

I'd rather watch the DVD of Watford v Barnsley 100 times than take any I.T. exam, but this one is supposed to be a particular ba**ard! Maybe I should post a few questions from the practise tests, then if anyone's having insomnia problems this week we can kill 2 birds with one stone.

Ah right - 70-294? If you've done 70-290 and 70-291 you shouldn't have any problems with this, or any of the other exams.

Let me know if you need any advice.

i have 7 exams, they are hard - just carefully chosen subjects that dont need lots of work and revision, the hard a-levels normally have less work involved.
i will C+P some further maths for you chris if you like?

Could be a laugh, don't know when I'll have a chance to answer it as I have college two evenings in a row, but go for it.

Would you like an accountancy question posted up?

If I remember pure 3 correctly:

    a) lim xe^(-x) = 0

    b) ln ( xe^(-x) +1 )

    c) -1-e^(-1)

I remember touching on things like this, purely because I asked 'When out of school will I use this?'

I never did get an answer from the teacher, just a detention.

We already had a question about the score at every game, which was 0-0.

This one is for the most common score after 90 minutes for every Premiership game this season. 0-0 only accounts for 7% of games.

Good thanks. Scored 952/1000. Maybe I prepared a bit too much ;)

I couldn't get into a testing centre in London so had to go to some place in Ealing. Not the best experience I've ever had!
