Rearranged for the 21st Feb. Two days before I get back to the UK Wonder how much they'll charge to people who went to the original? http://www.watfordfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/NewsDetail/0,,10400~962821,00.html
Wednesday night eh? Do we have any ideas as to what will happen regarding tickets for the game for STH's ?
At this early stage I'll put my guess in that everyone who went to the original will be charged something. That includes STH's.
my guess would be sth free, using a coupon from the back. could pay for my dry cleaning bill after getting f'ing drenched.
They seem to be intimating they will be charging 'pay on the day' people so I guess you ST folks will be charged as well. It'll go down like a lead balloon but then I don't see why I should pay £15 to see the match and then (potentially) have to pay again - albeit at a reduced rate - to watch the re-match, while you STH's get in for free. It makes no sense. [PS - I'm sure this thread could turn into a boring 'my support is more worthy than your support' type affair, which none of us want. When I say sense I mean 'commercial sense' and also knowing the history of WFC on such things]
Surely if you've kept your ticket stub then you'll be given free admission, i do believe this has been done when we've had games postponed in the past. It does clearly state on all tickets that you should keep your ticket stub. Now if people are silly enough to ignore that and throw it away then that's their fault and should therefore have to pay again. If they opt to charge both pay on the day people and STH the nthe attendance will be one of the lowest ever recorded in the prem.
Ah but this game played nearly 60 minutes, which was different to those postponed before kickoff. Contractually (and boringly) speaking you saw something. I still have my stub as always. They will charge - just you wait and see!
This is from the club charter, pretty much in line with all other clubs. Looks like half price admission http://www.watfordfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/CustomerCharter/0,,10400~775556,00.html
I will be very suprised if they charge and pretty disgruntled if they do. The attendance will be shocking, Wigan will bring even less fans than they did last time and the atmosphere for such a big game (for both sides) will be terrible.
And there you have it! So £10 for adults and £7.50 for concessions. They might do an STH discount or something but looks like everyone will be paying...
I won't be able to go due to distance and work, but I can Imagine I'd be very annoyed if I had to pay for this game, as I already technically have paid. On the other side I can understand the logic behind charging again as the abandoned game did go on for almost an hour and had 2 goals to boot.
The club should at least cover policing, stewarding and other ancillary costs. As a STH I don't have a problem with that, for those that do there is always 3CR (on FM !!!) Girls Grammar won't let U park for sweet FA, why should the club act like a charity ??
I actually hadn't seen the Charter. I just assumed it'd be another cynical ploy from the club, although I do concede they have costs to cover.
I didn't expect you to have seen it, i imagine fuzzy had to dust off the virtual cobwebs when going on that bit of our website!
Lol. Surprised the damn thing still works - it seems to imply some kind of 'customer service' being offered by the club ???
Customer what now ? No no you must have got mixed up with something else. That idea is farfetched to say the least !! Geeeeees !
Wigan has posted the pricing arrangements. What is wrong with us!! http://www.wiganlatics.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/NewsDetail/0,,10429~962882,00.html?ptvParm=
So have we it's just been added to the news item regarding it beign re-arranged. However i notice we've still failed to put a kick-off time on the news item, Wigan have done and it is a 7.45pm kick-off.

That's a steaming pile of crap. Even though I can't go that's a pretty poor way to treat your members... It should be one rule for all.
Always going to happen though UEA. I do expect the ticket office to buckle under pressure over the coming week.
