I know he tailed off significantly at the end of the season but watching this, he was a bit good wasn’t he? Decision making needs some work but some quality assists, and when he’s on form, he’s hard to stop. Keep him, I say
Richarlison on TV back in Brazil again and putting forward a good picture of Watford supporters; http://sportwitness.co.uk/watford-player-surprises-home-media-story-hornets-fans-backing-players/
Several tweets of him playing 'ghetto football' with the kids, wearing tatty shorts and vest, bare feet, enjoying himself. Comes across as a really nice humble bloke loving life, none of the usual twitter footballer preening.
No surprise about this rumour . He'd probably want to join them too .. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...keen-on-signing-watford-winger-reports-claim/
At the risk of making myself look foolish - I'd say that should Richarlison ever be for sale, the chances of Gino doing business with a club that has Moshiri and snakey at the helm is absolute zero. Even if he could rip them off to the tune of millions, I still believe he'd rather never give them the satisfaction of taking one of our assets due to everything that's gone before.
I'd accept the first offer that came in. They'd wonder wtf we were doing. Richie would think we didnt rate him (we'd be vocal about it) and flop because hes a sensitive soul.
Observer report debunked in this string of tweets: https://twitter.com/BaitVic/status/1015239214072520704?s=19
Assuming today's news turns out to be true - this is official confirmation (if it was needed) that my posts are *****
If you want to know how Gino works, just watch the first Godfather movie, but take away the gristle. All of it is business. The court case, the snake, the transfers. It's just business.
El Grumpy Bugger played for Brazil today against El Salvador - and scored twice. Any Toffees lurking, ready to jump out and gloat?
It's a feather in the cap for us. We crafted a full Brazil International after one season. That's great news for our youth recruitment.
Actually 85th according to official FIFA website... https://www.fifa.com/fifa-world-ranking/ranking-table/men/rank=286/index.html So 83 places between them and Brazil, England's equivalent would be Palestine - so I assume that would be a close game, considering England beat Panama 6-1 who are ranked 55th? The original point was El Salvador are minnows who would be expected to beat San Marino...but they're still minnows and Brazil should be tonking them.
‘That kid who is centre forward for Brazil & is scoring screamers, my team bought him last year. Ahead of all the big clubs.’ ‘Wow!’ ‘And then we sold him.’ ‘Oh.’
Your link (which shows El Salvador in 85th place) is to the FIFA Men's World Ranking from 17 May 2018. El Salvador had risen to 72nd in the FIFA Men's World Ranking from 16 August 2018: https://www.fifa.com/fifa-world-ranking/ranking-table/men/index.html El Salvador may be regarded as minnows, but the top ranked countries do not always win by a 5 goal margin against teams in similar positions in the world rankings. Richarlison was the only Brazilian player to score 2 goals in this match so he made quite an impressive debut.
