Fixture now showing on F.A. website as pencilled in for Monday 9th January with 7pm kick off. Venue not listed, though they tend to highlight it if at training ground or other club (so maybe this will be at VR ?). Nothing listed on either our or EFC website yet
Be Kings Langley if anything. On the F.A. website they have an 'i' logo against the fixture to link any other information. For instance, Newcastle have a home draw but are playing it at Whitley Bay, while the info for Man City's tie lists it as the Academy Stadium (ie, the one adjacent to the Etihad). Hopefully Club will confirm details over next couple of days, though the lack of coverage on website for anything other than First XI is p1ss poor. They never seem to mention U21 games until they've been played, the occasional "A reminder that the youngsters are in action......" etc, before it happens would be nice, might encourage a few more supporters to have a look.
It's a worry that it's on the Monday already - we need to play as many of the kids as possible vs Reading on Saturday!!
