    Well spotted! That's given me a great idea for a new children's puzzle book series in the style of the Where's Waldo ones that were popular a few years ago. Unfortunately it's too late to get my 'Where's Dildo' books in the shops for this xmas but look out for them in all good book shops around easter.

    Benn. Yes, David McKee died in April this year. But Charles Schulz (Peanuts) died in 2000, and Gerry Anderson in 2012 so those must relate to something/someone else.
