    Relegation or administration?

    This club is f**ked.

Reckon we’ll finish mid table this season, but next season I really don’t know if it will be financial oblivion or relegation first, it’s a coin toss for me.

Pozzo is royally ****ing our club.

Relegation will come before administration. If we went down this season or next that would be us done as a club. We might survive in League One for a few seasons on a squad full of youth on a shoe-string budget of loans. Gino will be long gone and basking in Udinese before the Aministrators come knocking. We are in a much worse state now than when he came in. Papa Pozzo must be proud.

Mid table this year. Relegation battle/possible relegation battle year after. Administrators and points deductions year after. Also possible comedy 30 point deductions depending on what comes out of Bayat investigation and whether Pozzo has involved us.

I don’t think we will be relegated this or next season. What is more significant is the impact of the crushing boredom of the football on offer currently. An entertainment business has to focussed on entertaining. Currently attending matches feels more of a chore than a pleasure. That is corossive..

Then stop going. That's one of the things that needs to happen on a large scale if we are to get this toxic piece of crap out of the club. Our fans need to grow a backbone and vote with their wallets.

Why anyone would continue to put money into this football club in its current form I truly do not know.

I see this as a relegation, players don't have the backbone if the other team show a bit more fight. We're looking exactly like Sunderland did a few seasons ago. I don't think we'll be bottom two but will sleep walk into the third space.

I used to think we'd just muddle through financially with the sales of big name players, but discovering each and every new loan we are taking out, I am genuinely not so sure now! Think our utterly mish-mashed squad has enough 'good, but only on their day' players to finish mid-table this season, there will be the odd Stoke game here and there in amongst embarrassments like tonight, but what about next season when anyone with any degree of talent ****s off back to their parent clubs/Udinese?

Funny isn't it. You wonder how it happens to other clubs, then you watch it unfold infront of you.

I think SEJ will bail us out. I can't see either eventuality happening (thankfully) BUT only if SEJ comes back to the club.

If that doesn't happen then i'm afraid it's going to get very ugly for the club.

Currently we have a one-way ticket to self-destruction!

    Time to go!

People talk about "bailing out", but what is that? More money for Bayat transfers?

It's an expensive buyout followed by a complete rebuild.

Lots of talk about relegation tonight but I get the feeling that many don’t actually believe it could happen. I’m not convinced either, I think it will be mid to lower mid table this year

That being said, you look at our unbalanced and ageing squad, you look at our injuries/fitness record and you look at the attitudes and commitment of our ‘star players’ and it’s honestly not beyond possible at all

We’ll always nick a win here and there. We’ve got too much quality for that not to happen. But we are in for a relegation fight. At least this time we should be successful in staying up.

If the Louza injury is serious I think it's a real and genuine possibility.

We may have a couple of "talented" players who turn up once in every five to ten games, but we also have a lot of dross and a squad of players who mostly just can't be arsed, are complete mentality midgets and aren't up for a battle at all.

If we slide down into the bottom three at any point I wouldn't be at all surprised to see this squad down tools and completely give up, just like last season, and then we're gone.

We don't have "too much quality". We have Sarr and Pedro. Both regularly get injured, both turn up and make a difference far too rarely. We then have another 9 players on the pitch who range from bang average to dog ****.

We had "too much quality" to go down in 19/20. We went down.

With you here, this too much quality thing is an absolute myth. We have players capable of moments but that's it, our wins this season have come against teams in poor form or playing poorly and we've been marginally better. That's really not being defeatist but just the fact in terms or what I see.

These players have absolutely no backbone. Their fragile mentally and have also been spoon fed a diet of bs from Gino where they don't have to take any form of responsibility.

This is all on Gino no ifs no bits. Giampaolo stepped away fully mid 2018 so in Ginos first full season we had the carnage of managers and relegation. And it's been a repeated cycle since.

We do have too much quality to go down, IMO. This team is spineless, gutless and full of fancy Dan pansies, but it does have too much quality to get relegated. We’ll always pull out a good result here and there and that will see us safe. But for sure, we’ll be looking over our shoulders.

Yeah, honestly I think people are somewhat forgetting even just how utterly non-existent our midfield was this season until Louza finally made his brief cameo, and what that did to the way the entire team functioned. Wholly abysmal stuff.

I was confident while Louza was in the equation.

Now we dont have anyone that could be considered reliable in midfield - Will Hughes and Almen Abdi were paramount in our promotions.

I don't think we are quite bad enough for relegation but without a pivot point we are just a non-descript Championship also-ran.

I really want to ****ing swear.

Bayats trial is next year, you just know the club will be involved in some way.

We only really have four saleable assets in the squad, JP, Sarr, Asprilla and hopefully Louza when he gets back from injury. I can see a lot of the squad leaving at the end of the season if we dont go up.

    Administration first followed by relegation.

We are the new Stoke City with a bigger debt and a worse squad. It's finally happened. We will not be on MotD for a long, long time (although that's not a bad thing).

Spot on. The bs when signing these mercenaries goes something like “ sign for us, if we don’t get you in the premier league spot light don’t worry we will just move you to Italy”

The Pozzo human trafficking carousel keeps turning, more and more mercenaries get on and off. Just the quality gets poorer and poorer any quality that was on it is already In Italy. Or had their careers destroyed by this Italian psycho whilst he made a few bob in loan fees which strengthened a corrupt agents pockets.

All this careful what you wish for is winding me up. When will the vast majority of our fan base wake the **** up. Once Slav gets the chop before wc might get a few more on board and maybe this Sunday after those pikey ****s school these spineless ****s a lesson in what a derby is all about.

    Yep, this is it.

Of course I was gutted to miss the Norwich game and a decent win and performance but I simply refuse to give them any money or even my attendance until they leave the club.

The only game I would go against my morals for would be playoffs/Wembley appearances (and lol at thinking that's a chance)

Bizarrely it could be that Luton do us a favour on Sunday. A home hammering by them should be enough to make even the most blinkered Pozzo apologists reconsider.

If you are a long standing season ticket holder who does not buy products at the ground or shop, the only option to stop putting cash in is to stop buying away tickets.

People not turning up, drifting away and new support drying up, seems to me to be unlikely to lead to new ownership. People turning up and vocalising their angst against the owners might have some impact. Complaining online won’t. At the end of the day I support an English top 30 club and want it to be as successful as it can be.

That’s a tiny income stream though - Watford only get 5% commission for selling away tickets on behalf of the other club under EFL regs. A back of a fag packet calculation suggests they would have made £1,800 from sales for Rotherham away (for example).
