You keep going on about the Harrow shenanigans on Day 1 but it's totally illogical for the reasons I set out to Moog earlier.

It assumes that I @ed Harrow as I was the traitor, knew he was a wolf that hadn't played and was trying to make sure he wasn't killed off for inactivity. But read back through that afternoon's play, when he didn't respond to my message, I then set out why lynching him as an inactive would be a better play for the village, using probability to set out why. This was when he still had a couple of hours to post and it clearly influenced several people to vote for him as they explicitly said so. There is no way this fits with a traitor - unless you can explain otherwise?

Of course, that doesn't confirm me as Good but it does rule out I'm the traitor (unless you think I would knowingly try and get a wolf killed, in the complete opposite of what the role actually is!)

 

I get where you are coming from SLB, yes. But you can't just ignore the fact you have been named today in a message which is quite conceivably from an evil player, who happens to have named you as good.

I'm not saying that I'm proven Good for the rest of you - I'm not and made that clear in the post you were replying to. I'm just saying that your suspicions seem to mainly stem from Day 1 and they are demonstrably illogical.

I believe nornironorn and Moog are good. I think the ill will towards Sinatra is unfounded. Very unsure about Ashdon and SLB at the moment.

 

If the Guardian survives the lynching, they have to protect Moog as the only confirmed Good player.

If I was the traitor why would I encourage people to vote for a wolf? The role is to protect/help the wolves and even sacrifice yourself for them, not to get one of them lynched on Day 1.

Bizarrely, your intransigence on this makes me more likely to think you're Good and misguided as digging in on this obviously wrong point would be bad play if you were on Team Evil!

 

So if we disregard the messages from the person that didn't have the code from Day 1, what are we left with? Could someone post the six messages from Wolf/Seer in one post please?

We need to form a view on which set are which, and if we can't what lynching will tell us the most.

Why would a traitor suggest lynching a wolf at 5.44pm on the first day when the village didn't close until 8 so Harrow still had 2 hours 15 minutes to post?

I don't even know what this means but it suggests a fundamental misunderstanding of the Traitor role. You are there to help the wolves and even try to sacrifice yourself rather than a wolf getting lynched.

You are not there to try and get rid of a wolf on Day 1 so you can glean something from a voting pattern when it's all pot luck anyway given both messages named people as Good!

 

Sorry @Steve Leo Beleck I feel that you saying I've been quiet is a bit iffy. I've put genuine questions out there. I think you missed the lack of activity on some others and have @ me twice on this day 3.

Can you confirm why you linked me as a non contributor twice baring in mind you said you checked my posts? Surely you'd see I asked a load of genuine, if ***** questions.

I can confirm @wfcSinatra that the surgery is most definitely not a play. I’ve just had a metal plate inserted in my arm and it’s bloody painful!

Agreed. I've already said twice that for the rest of the village I'm not confirmed Good therefore could be a wolf. There is no way I could be the traitor though.

I looked at the number and backdated it. September 12th 1970. Nothing of note.

The other slightly iffy possibly wolfie one that was 12058 backdated was November 12th 1989. The number 1 at that time was.......

I never posted about it but initially I thought it was attendance figures too. But couldn't work out what attendance figures they were so didn't go any further.

 

Posing a lot of questions that can't be answered is a way of appearing active but not really helping Team Good. There was no attempt to try and deduce anything or shake the tree and see what comes out. Maybe that's just the way you play but it doesn't help Team Good in any way.

 

Can anyone make a case for one set of messages being the Seer? Would be really useful...

I didn't say you were Evil just pointed out that you and Tom had hardly said anything of note, which is true.

Being named Good at the moment is somewhat irrelevant to me as I don't know which messages are the Seers.

Also, no idea what you're getting at with the rainy day question? Seems totally random to me.
