a) I think this breakaway is a good idea. It shouldn’t be only Champions League clubs who get a seat at the table to discuss club interests.
b) I’m not sure I understand why we have been invited but if it means that Gino is on good terms with 39 clubs’ owners/CEOs that alone is worthwhile for the club.

 

Surprised Villa are in it, but it’s good to see we’re going to be part of something big.

Probably won't end up leading to anything except a heavy fine for all involved, but for some reason I feel vaguely optimistic about what it means for Gino's relationship with other owners.

Pozzos finally got us into Europe!

 

Imagine the sniggering when Pozzo walked in alongside Villa, Brighton etc.
