Just fax me my ******* tickets you ******* bastards

 

I sent an email to ticket office and received reply that download facility would be ready by week commencing 2nd August

Why they couldn't have communicated this in their rambling recent communication heaven only knows

 

I'm pretty sure i read somewhere that 'tickets' would be available about 2 hours before kick off.

 

And me...

 

You can't from what I can see.

This is going to be fun, I wonder how many of us have been put in the wrong category.

 

I've just upgraded my phone, the system has won.

When creating a relationship, what is the difference between strong/standard? Is it vaxed and anti vax? I assume the groups are to allocate your tickets if you can't attend a game?

Never seen such a complicating process.

 

Cheers. Yeah a bit of communication would have stopped the same question they've probably been asked about 50 times on Twitter alone today.

 

Think it said somewhere a strong relationship means you have reciprocal access to each other’s ticket histories etc, whereas a standard one just means you can assign tickets to them without seeing the background stuff.

 

Being unable to access the Group is annoying, as in the past they have ****ed this up and I've had to correct it.

 

I now have 28 copies of the West Brom friendly ticket on my app and nothing else.

And the West Brom ticket didn’t work on the turnstile.

 

This is going to be a sight to behold at the Villa game. I can smell the panicked stench of sweat encrusted polyester already.

 

How much for a pair mate? I know what you touts are like so I'll tell you up front I won't pay more than £200.

 

If true that's just asking for trouble. Knowing us it probably is.

 

As a PROUD Cat A, I emailed them about non season ticket holders without NFC mobiles. Each time you purchase a ticket, you have to give them a call and they will issue paper tickets. As I'm lazy, that is one customer service step too far for my liking and one extra step that can go wrong. So I'm glad I went for the mobile phone upgrade option.

 

The issue I have with the app is it keeps asking me to verify my email address, but I already clicked the link in their email to do that.

 

How do you find your category this season?

 

Easy, there are two categories

Lucky - if the app works well for you.
Majority - having problems with the app and all related access and ticketing via the mobile.

 

Through the medium of expressive dance, alternatively, you'll need to E-Mail them to find out as it's not the app/website.

 

I do not believe there are any changes to the categories, so you should be the same as you were last time.

Related to this has anyone seen any information on when the Brighton and Spurs away tickets will go on sale?

 

Thanks to you all for the replies, main issue is i cant remember what i was before. For some reason or other i havent been to a game for a while and think i was borderline between some B and C for home and away, but really cant remember. Will break out the spreadsheet and do some sums…

 

You're lucky....I can't even remember who I am now.

 

I asked Dave the other day about tickets for Brighton - he didn't have any idea when a decision was being made as to whether tickets will be available to away fans. I need to get my hotel booked but reluctant to do that until I know we can get to the game.

 

At least it’s less of risk than booking a hotel in Burnley if there is no football.

Why have I only got 2 West Brom thingies and some people have got 28? No Season tickets on there still.
Seriously though this isn’t going to work is it.

 

Watching the increasing numbers of befuddled (mainly older) folk jamming up the usually super rapid Lidl queue each week as they're asked for their Lidl card stored on the company app, the answer is no, it's not going to work.

Season tickets not due to go on until next week though.

 

No season ticket showing up on my phone but instead Ive ended up with a Man City season ticket and 2 tickets for the World Cup Final .

Some you lose, some you win.

I email WFC to ask why?

During my journey home from work I receive emails saying:
Tickets for Watford FC's away pre-season friendly against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park are now on sale.
Tickets are available from tickets.watfordfc.com, over the phone at 01923 223023 and in-person at the Ticketing & Supporter Services Office at Vicarage Road.

When I get hope I see my reply from WFC that says:
We are currently not on sale with any away fixtures.

So not only does the app not work for most people, the club also have no idea what they are doing.

 

This morning three tickets for the cancelled Barnsley game appeared in the app.

 

Premier league football, 4 th division ticket office!

 

On sale tomorrow to Cat A

 

Just downloaded my season ticket to the Google Pay app. Took about 15 seconds from start to finish.

 

Where did you download it from?

Edit: don't worry, found it, took 5 seconds once I had.

Go to Watfordfc.com, go to buy tickets, click on your name/fan ID, then season tickets, check the box, download to app.
