That warms my heart. I mean, I hate SAW but anyone who saw the Reynolds Girls and thought 'they're good enough to do this alone' is a fugging idiot who deserves to be homeless.

The sort of pop music that AI would churn out if it had existed 35 years ago. All the same song rejigged over and over again. It was a ******* disgrace. The fact that Rick is a nice lad and has become a cult figure doesn't alter the damage they did or the years they robbed the world of genuine art as they made their millions.

The rise of Only Fans content creators latching onto football clubs. It feels like every time I scroll through twitter I see someone talking about/a video from Astrid Wett or the divvy Arsenal one trying to harvest clicks and engagement.

I also saw an image doing the rounds of them at one of England’s games during the Euros holding up signs that would’ve 100% been confiscated if it were and Lionesses match.

He noticed a lot of TV adverts where they haven’t got the balls to go full out with Xmas adverts but they’re making a not so subtle references to it in them.

 

Tourists who insist on standing directly in front of famous statues etc while their family faff about trying to take photos of them, causing the other 30 tourists wanting to take a pic to wait patiently or have a photo ruined by some self important stranger.

The worst place I've been for this is the stepping stones at dovedale in the peak district. Don't go there is my suggestion.

The stones are only really big enough to cross one direction at a time, there's a queue of people waiting to cross from my direction, but since the other direction has the flow we can't get on (there's 5 to 10 people constantly currently on the stones crossing).

Minutes pass with a constant flow but the numbers eventually drop and you can see when the last couple of people go through, there's a good gap before the next batch get to the stones and we'll be able to get on and change the direction of the flow.

But you can guess what the last couple did right? A minute of posing for photos. If I were at the front of the queue I would have pushed past and made them go back, but as it was, I just had to be content with subtly photo bombing the pictures they were taking when they got to the other bank. I say subtly, but I mean sliding across in between the camera and subject filling the frame completely and when they moved, I shuffled along with them.

There was a riot there a few months ago and I think I know why.

 

Pumpkin season.

The people that lose their little minds on pumpkin season. "Let's go pick some pumpkins, get a pumpkin latte and get some snaps for insta! It'll be sooooo great! Don't forget the dog costume darling and make sure you get the girls wearing adorable matching outfits for the reels. And where did I put my white trainers?"

Haha - so honestly I'll hold my hands up and admit we're taking the kids to a farm next weekend to get some pumpkins!

I know we could get some from Tesco but I guess it's something different to do. We'll get them from a local village farm with a cafe for on top for breakfast and makes a change from softplay!
