Loving all the anti Royal sentiment the last couple of days that I’ve seen. What with this and also watching all the people gagging for it, finding it hilarious. The pro and anti brigades are both as amusing as each other. Makes me chuckle.

If you don’t like it ignore it, if you do like it don’t force it down people’s throats. Quite easy really.

Will be interesting to see what Republican sentiment is after this and also when the Queen goes. Not quite as popular as they would lead you to believe. They’ll certainly pull out all the stops though when Queeny pops her clogs.

Comically **** concert, complete with numerous videos of people thanking her for her service (obviously this has been focus grouped to hell and gets a better reaction than reigning over us plebs).

Big fan of William lecturing us all about saving the planet when the shooting estates that they and their chums own could easily be turned from disasters for the environment and biodiversity into diverse habitats sequestering carbon if they were just prepared to give up blasting birds to pieces with shotguns.

Our street party went well, with traditional Indian food, piles of home made sandwiches, Costco Sangria, pints of Tring Ridgeway and conversation between neighbours. If the Monarch is the only way we are able to get together then so be it. As the organiser of ours what’s App out - the soon to be Coronation street Party will be bigger and better.

 

One of the many nice things about this weekend has been being able to turn on the TV and not hear somebody droning on about 'partygate'
