Well, one of the main podcasters is in full ‘feel like pure ****, just want Call Me Rob back’ mode.

I’m sure they’ll tweet on Wednesday saying some nonsense like ‘playing like crap but if you think I’m still wasting my Good Friday on this lot, then you’d be right’, to get about 30 likes.

That’s our fanbase in a nut shell nowadays. 18 podcasts for about 100 total listeners/viewers. I laughed that ‘Uncle Ron’ did one at 12.45am last night. Some bloke that lives in the US wasting his time fighting the owners. No one actually at a game remotely cares.

What is a true loyal fan? One that wants Pozzo out or one that doesn't? You want him out and hate him so much, do something about it. If you just do nothing you're no different to somebody that wants Pozzo to stay.

 

I would say that’s fairly easy to answer, a loyal fan is someone who supports the club first and foremost, not an individual who has simply been the custodian of the club for less than 10% of its existence.

 

Why do something that could potentially make an impact, when you can cry and repeat the same 3 points, 15 times a day, on a football forum that the ownership don't read?

 

I think that's everybody on here. Everybody wants the club to succeed but because you have a different opinion on an owner or certain players makes no difference to how loyal you are. I think in fairness most fans feel a change is due. I support the club, not the owner, not the players, not the DOF and will always continue to do so.

 

Then why have you always got so upset about those that dislike the owner over the years?

 

When are the end of season award tickets out? Will I need a bot?

 

Looking forward to the manager, sorry I mean, "coach" of the year award. It's going to be fiercely contested.

 

I didn't feel it was justified a couple of years back but have changed my mind as things have got worse and recently I have said I feel a change is warranted. The fact that I don't chastise them at every given opportunity doesn't mean I think everything is great, far from it in fact. Some people feel incredibly strongly about Pozzo in particular and they vent those feelings on here. I still feel that it's over the top sometimes but if that's how they feel then so be it. We are a mess and I think we all know that and not sure how we are going to get out of it with Pozzo in charge. This is a concern but whatever happens, I will still support the club as I've always done and that's why I say I support the club and not the players or the owner because I will still be a fan of Watford FC long after Gino or Davis or whoever else you want to mention have left

I think it’s the next logical phase beyond the stage where they say they always criticise the owner, but they’re always conveniently in the middle of vehemently defending them at the time of saying it.

 

I find it strange that people were up in arms about a red helmeted individual who had no idea how to run a club and was taking us into administration and not up in arms about another individual who NOW has no idea how to run a club and is taking us into administration

 

I think if it had been 10 years of this mess most fans would be. The fact that until 4 years ago it seemed they could do no wrong has earned themselves certain amount of credit unlike Big Bad Baz. However that credit has now been exhausted. As the post above says, we are now back where we started. The last 2 years in particular have been very Baz-esque.
