Someone who has been dealt a bad hand literally is Dominic Thiem.

This US Open will be his last.

His chronic wrist injury has defeated him as it did JMDP before him.

It's been sad to watch him try to regain his former level but he clearly doesn't trust the wrist, especially on his forehand.

Recognised as the best footballer on tour, he'll have more time to watch Chelsea,or at least name their squad!
