Every time I get a little closer a round of results like yesterday arrives to derail.

Fuming that I saw loads of 2-0 guesses for our game, which is what I wanted to predict, but then went for 2-1 to be different!

 

At least that gave you 5 points, I went for 1-1

 

27 correct predictions this round, meaning lots of decent scores, with 6 in the 30's @goldpapaya and @The undeniable truth leading the way with a whopping 39 points each! @hornmeister bring up the rear with a miserable 2 points! Thanks to everyone for being more prompt with your entries, I only had to PM one person today!

 

Leader table @goldpapaya goes from 4th to 2nd place and cuts @Dreadnought lead to just 11 points, next round will be up soon

 

Well that was a s***show!

 

I’m basically Preston North End. I’ve had nothing but mid-table mediocrity since this thing started. Genuinely think I’ve been between 14th and 17th all season.

 

I still harbour hopes of a top ten finish but performances must improve both on and off the pitch and there needs a mentality change among some of my team.

12 points in 2 weeks. Disastrous. Bad even by Watford's standards.

 

Some people just can't cope with the pressure that success brings I guess.... and, no I don't mean Issac, though he suffered the same nosedive after similar initial promise.

 

18 correct predictions this week, @wfc4ever scored a creditable 29 with @SkylaRose just behind on 27 points, wooden spoon I'm afraid this week goes to @Diamond with just 7 points

 

I had Watford to win 2-1, so I am doubly disappointed with that late Reading equalizer

 

Top few places are getting tighter with just 18 points between them @The Voice of Reason in 4th place made up 6 points on the leader @Dreadnought, you will note that I have left of the previous 6 weeks scores as they are fairly immaterial, will also help me in March when I will be away and working off the back of a fag packet!

 

You would have been third in the table had we won 2-1

 

I thought I'd done well this week but then realised I was looking at someone else's predictions.

 

In the same way that we still have a 1% chance of finishing second in the champ per An Ilkley Orn Baht 'at 's stats, I firmly believe there is time to overhaul a gap of 73.

 

I’ve got above 12 once in the last 7 gameweeks.

Anyone would think I pay no attention to the championship and am just plucking numbers out of thin air.

 

15 correct predictions today @cyaninternetdog predicted two correct draws and scored a massive 33 points, with @hornmeister bringing up the rear with just 8 points

2nd week running I've shot myself in the foot!

I actually had Blackpool v Rotherham down as goaless draw, and Wigan as 1-0 winners but changed my mind at the last minute

I actually had all the correct results and then just changed a few right at the last minute. So, so unlucky .
