WFCSinatra had been selected as the survivor’s lookout for the night. He paced around the outside of the encampment with the scattered campfires behind him. He had not wanted to be on watch, but not many of the other villagers had taken too much notice of his reluctance. He sighed to himself and hefted the wooden spear he had spent the day carving out of bamboo. The point was razor sharp; Sinatra had made sure of that. In a way he hoped that a wolf did come after him, he would teach it a lesson. He chuckled. Suddenly out of the darkness a clawed paw yanked the spear out of his hands. ‘What the hell!’ he gasped. The wolf smartly reversed the spear and with one fluid motion rammed it home with such force that it lifted Sinatra off the ground. The spear had gone straight through Sinatra’s throat, and he gurgled as he tried to breath. The wolf tilted its head and watched in interest as WFCSinatra died. WFCSinatra was GOOD.

The other two wolves had been watching from the bushes a little distance away. They couldn’t identify their furry colleague but they appreciated his efforts none the less. Now their way was clear. They padded forwards towards the nearest campfire. Huddled next to each other for warmth were Steve Leo Beleck and BigRossLittleRoss. Both wolves drew up behind their selected victim and with synchronised movements reached down and grabbed them by the legs. Steve and Ross immediately woke up writhing in panic. The wolves charged off into the surrounding trees as the other survivors were awakened and rushed to chase the wolves. They were too late however, the wolves and their victims were long gone.

The next morning a search party ventured into the woodlands and in a clearing two miles in found what remained of Steve and Ross. They had clearly been tortured before they were disembowled. Steve Leo Beleck and BigRossLittleRoss were dead, both were GOOD.

The guardian spent the night protecting Burnsy.

There could be as many as 4 wolves still active if our assumptions are correct, so we’re running out of time.

I’ve quickly skimmed through Friday’s thread and I think TonyCotonsTache giving away the source of the Sannino references could be very bad news for us, as it gives the evil side an open door to try mimicking to cause confusion. That puts him on my suspect list.

Moog was the first to cast doubt over Sinatra, out of the blue, who then ended up dead - this is either really bad luck or very suspicious. What were your reasons for suspecting Sinatra? Can you summarise again on this thread?

    Morning shipmates.

That is a terrible weekend for team good.

Crucially it sounds as though our Seer should still be in the game as none of those killed were named as “Very Good”.

I am in the office today, so will likely be a little less active than I have been on previous days as anything I am viewing will be more sporadic and on the iPhone! (Way ahead of the 1805 times evidently!)

Morning all. Indeed that was bad for team good. RIP guys.
Seer, you really need to get that viewing right today.

Not a good night, up against it now. Can't waste a lynching tonight

Bloody hell. RIP Sinatra, BRLR & SLB

3 wolves then isn't it ? "The wolf" as opti quotes was a single killing Sinatra
"The other two wolves" taking out BRLR & SLB

We really need to seer to hit an evil today, so that we can get a clear understanding of the messages as well as to start making some headway

Today's narrative definitely tells us there are 3 wolves, no?

One thing I have noticed is that on every day so far is that TomWatfordFC has voted very late for the already doomed candidate.

    Yes, sorry. You are correct.

Three kills? Omg. Guys we need to fight back today if this carries on team evil is going to win. As we now know, from the write up by Opti there are three wolves to find. Let's see if we can get at least one lynched today, team good start to fight back starting now.

Quick skimming led you to that? Come on mate I've already cleared myself. Going back to this just puts you in the wrong place for your own intentions.

Also the wording of the chapter is very apt for our situation. It has various meanings but the main one is that people are born without mental awareness. They build this up through planning, knowledge and experience. Three things team good will have to provide or work towards to weed out the wolves among us. We have the Guardian of course, but they can only do so much. It's up to us to pull together as a group of survivors to win the day.

So the wolf that killed Sinatra watched him die first before biting so wasn't sure. First clue to go on?

Plus the other two wolves are confirmed to know each other.

    RIP Fellas.

    Thank you Guardian.

Big day ahead now - have to start rooting out all these Wolves.

3 wolves. The write up says "the other 2" after the first kill. We havent had more than 3 kills each night either.
The seer needs to get lucky to find one but should be easier now than when we started

  18. Cthulhu

Shouldnt we all try sleeping around the same campfire? There are 3 wolves killing us off.

    Good grief.

I have two train of thoughts at the moment. But have no clue whether either are correct at all. Firstly Tony's vote on BRLR still bugs me. BRLR was in my opinion very likely to be good which is now confirmed.

The end of that Dom voting train too which looked a bit opportunistic to me. Interestingly SLB and BRLR were on the end of it and both died but one who didn't was Tom? So I'm a bit suspicious of him.

Could really do with the seer finding one of the wolves today. Otherwise we are really up against it.

  22. wfcmoog

There are 3 wolves. It's clearly written there.

Me thinking Sinatra was a wolf and then him being killed by a wolf has no bearing on whether I'm a wolf, unless I'm such a dumb wolf that I decided to telegraph my intent with a pointless and futile conversation with Sinatra just before selecting him to kill.

What's more suspicious is your thinking the two are linked.

  23. Diamond

Warehouse only asked what your reasons were for thinking Sinatra was a wolf. I'd also be interested in them.

  24. Cthulhu

Tabula rasa - "a blank slate" or in epistemology the theory that people are born without any innate knowledge; all knowledge comes from experience and perception.
    An apt title for today

As Diamond said, I was only asking what your logic was - nothing more than that at this point.

    Morning all, shocking weekend for Team Good! I'm chucking out there the following as my starting point today for routing out the 3 wolves;

    1) Skyla has changed tact this morning with a much more 'normal' message having been suspicious with her strange posts.
    2) Tom has been way too quiet and going under the radar
    3) Tony, albeit could have been a mistake, still unhelpful and worthy of serious consideration.

Looks like I have some convincing to do today. That doesn't phase me. Just like you shouldn't be phased by me when the moon is full.

I have to say that referring to a full moon seems a really strange reference to make.

I also think its a little bit suspect that you think you have some convincing to do before any messages are posted.

  29. Burnsy

    Burnsy First Team

I’m personally keen to see how tonycotonstache plays today - my initial belief is he have away the Sannino thing by accident and without really thinking. But I want to learn more about him today…

SLB was also very keen on Ashdon and Harrow on Day 1. And now SLB is no more. So maybe something else we need to consider?

  30. TomWatfordFC

Diamon, Harrow and EB have all already said I am on their suspect list. Don't think it is much of a stretch to think I will be in a bad position tonight unless I can convince people I am good blooded.

Tony still ranks high on my suspect list to be honest.

As long as the seer views someone based on a good reason rather than a hunch, then great. If they view based on finger pointing and gut feel i would think we have a lot less chance of pinning an evil

If all of us except Cthulhu weren't under some sort of suspicion I would worry
Harrow we believe is good, we just need the seer to hit evil and for them to be lynched to confirm that.
Everyone else on the Island are a suspect.

He was my vote on Friday when everything was still very much up in the air.

He wouldn’t be a bad shout for a view. I’m
Interested to know if the code-cracking was innocent or malicious.

  34. Burnsy

We have more or less figured out which messages come from seer and wolf - so I’m highly likely (I am) good as well. Plus the guardian protected me so they would believe so too.

I don’t understand why you therefore would think I’m under suspicion? Or a suspect? All indications are I’m good no?

Seer’s viewing feels very important today!
