WatfordTalk was putting the finishing touches to the knot in the length of the rope. The task was an easy one as he had been an experienced sailor. When he finished he ran his hands through his thinning hair and wiped the sweat from his brow. ‘Right I think I’m done Burnsy, old mate. You better assemble the others.’ Burnsy looked up, ‘That time already huh?’ ‘No point dragging it out any further,’ said WatfordTalk. ‘Poor chap has talked himself into this today, and will already be dreading it. Best just to get on with it.’

Burnsy nodded and wandered over the short distance towards the bell. He gave it a couple of quick rings and wandered back over towards WatfordTalk who had looped the rope over the newly constructed gallows. ‘I don’t feel good about this one mate,’ he said. ‘Me neither, but what choice do we have,’ replied WatfordTalk. He gave their construction one last look over, at least it would be quick.

The crowd of remaining survivors came over and in their midst was DomTheHornet. He was resigned to his fate, almost like he almost had one foot in the next life. ‘Any last words Dom?’ asked TonyCotonStache. ‘I would just like to be avenged, make it all worthwhile,’ Dom said quietly. BigRossLittleRoss stepped forward and guided Dom up the stairs of the gallows. ‘Be brave lad,’ he whispered. Dom stared forwards emotionless. BigRossLittleRoss lowered a hood over Doms head followed by the noose and stepped clear of the trap door. WFCSinatra pulled the lever and Dom dropped downwards. There was a loud crack as his neck snapped.

Domthehornet was dead. Domthehornet was GOOD.

Can I just say thank you to everyone for being so active and making this a joy to moderate. I have not had to kill off any inactive players which may be a first. Keep it going and enjoy your weekends all.
