Clarification: I will not be saying in narrative what role players have, other than Good or Evil.

If I were the guardian, I would have rolled the dice and not protected you last night.

But to be honest, you might be saved. After last night the wolves might not want to both go for you, as they're behind and looking at the maths, one kill of a probably not special player isn't enough.

 

I think this is correct and I also think that usually the kills are in wolf status order.

If true, that would mean Alpha killed HH24, Beta killed Otter so he was either a lower ranked wolf and there were four of them or the traitor (but then why did he taste funny...?). Third wolf (Gamma?) took out Horace.

 

Could do with early messages to start deductions

 

If correct then this would rule out Otter being a wolf.

 

What if the Beta took out Otter who was the 4th wolf?

 

Different mods play it differently.

Some write up kills in order, some don't. Some allow any wolf to kill any other, some only allow downkilling by rank and not upkilling.

His gameplay to me was more wolf than traitor.

 

4 wolves plus a traitor? Would opti do that? Good would have little chance.

A strong result overnight, with evil makin' one o' their own walk th' plank.

Today, I have used me periscope t' view Harrow Orn given Otter's postin' activity yesterday. Interestingly… Harrow Orn be Good.

Yesterday, I viewed Cthulhu, obviously, but yer wish be me command. I can only tell yer how it is maties.

Mostly a hunch, but I'd say it's very marginal.

He said just about enough lines, but didn't say anything of note in any of them. His push to the second message was indirect, quoting someone and being hesitant way to further the point without seeming like he was pushing. Instantly raised flags.

Also voted when a clear front runner had emerged, when he wanted to push BRLR over the line.

I thought wolf yesterday. But if he was a traitor, it would definitely suggest BRLR is good. I guess we'll find out for sure tonight.

Are we in agreement this is likely the Seer?

 

Fair point - the format (while easily replicated) is pretty much exactly the same in my book, so my initial reaction is it's the Seer.

 

Seems likely to me. (Apologies if any of this is wrong, still a noob) It was looking like Harrow may be lynched, so why would the wolf out him as good? Unless they have a suspicion they are indeed evil. But then the seer would then come along and check to see that he is evil. None of that makes much sense, so I think message 1 is the seer.

 

Too early to say I think. Need to wait to see if there is another message and what format that takes.

 

I had an inclination that message 1 yesterday was the Seer, and off the back of the conversation this morning, Harrow was the obvious view and people's choice.

Let's see what message 2 looks like today.

This is what I thought. But then moog rubbished my comment querying whether or not the wolves know each other? If they do, clearly they wouldn't elect to attack each other (or at least, evil would hope that's what transpires). If they don't then maybe this could happen in some kind of hierarchical way (I.e. Alpha -> Beta -> Gamma?)

Genuinely not certain.

 

Keep an eye on who has been quick to jump on the theory against me by the way.

 

I rubbished the idea that you didn't know that wolves DON'T know each other.

 

Do you think the logic was flawed? Who would you have said the Seer should view and why?

 

Fairly certain I recall playing a game where the alpha knew the beta, but also may be wrong. It's been a while.
