That wasn’t what I was suggesting. The two points aren’t mutually exclusive. It was more how that person couldn’t understand a certain thing - yet I know he supports something unconditionally so I was stating that was equally confusing in the circumstances.

Totally agree, but just because it's hard doesn't mean we shouldn't try. It can be done, we have done it before, and Brentford look to be doing OK after promotion last year
The only notable purchase since that I can recall has been Louza, which was around 10mil I think. You could probably add Dennis (just under 4mil), Kamara (4mil) and Kayembe (less then 2mil i think) but they where all bought for very small (by todays standards) amounts. Or less then 1 Bayo each. OAP Kalu was approx 2mil i think. If you include the season we bought Sarr then you could also add Pedro and Pussetto which was around 17mil combined I think. So since Sarr we havent really spent much on transfer fees with Bayo being the highest inexplicably at 5mil this season. Otherwise its been punts on expensive free transfers like King, Rose and Kucka. Which is exactly how it will be next season if go up and thats assuming we spend the money to make Davies, Hause & HC's loans permenant
No pics from training either yesterday or today or any mention of Bilic. At least that might indicate the club have at least seen how bad this week has gone down with fans.

If that was the players buying into the manager I would hate to see the performances when they don’t. I would imagine plenty of the players would welcome a manager of Slaven Bilic’s stature after being managed by Rob Edwards.
They certainly do - you should see some of the mental gymnastics being attempted on social media (it's not just limited to on this forum) to try and justify the cack-handed way our club is run. It's embarrassing.
