Slaven Bilic - New (for Now) Watford Manager

Those two would scare the living daylights out of most committed pros.
However not sure most of ours have it in them to be frightened.

 

I reckon no wins in the next three could genuinely see him go. Then everyone gets to have a laugh at Watford FC again! In Gino we trust.

 

Joking apart -this is the first time that Gino is actually quoted that it’s his decision to appoint SB - no Duxbury shield so if we don’t get up or look like we are then in my mind it’s binary as to why- either it’s the overall quality of signings ( or lack of defensive upgrades) or SB - both directly on Gino.

 

Will be gone by end of December.

 

Fantastic news about Julian D icks joining. All we need now is Vinnie Jones and Neil “Razor” Ruddock to join. That will soon sort out the whimpy mentality our boys have. Need Vinnie Jones just to stand in front of Giaretta every training session. Give Ruddock a bat with barbed wire on the end, and whoever fecks about in training and during a game takes a strike of the ball too the balls from D icks!

How many hardman coaches and managers have we had over the years to little effect? At best, you'd say it's an unbalanced squad not good enough currently for promotion, at worst, they're simply unable to be motivated

 

I would have little motivation to work hard at my company if those around me couldn’t care and my company apportioned the blame for failure only on the manager and the workers were never held to account

 

Lessons learned etc etc

 

The best part of that is how the opponent got up and got on with it.

Good -we are onside with Bilic on this-the players are unpopular with us fans.

For all the initial good things he said it seems to me like he knows no one can do this job-like GT when England manager "its an impossible job"

So he trying to deflect blame onto either/both the players or Gino for "selling" him the role-I suspect many of us feel that no manager like either RE or SB can motivate or leave them to carry out instructions.

Most of the football world expect the Watford manager to get sacked so it will do him no harm when looking for another job so why not speak your mind.

 

I'm sticking with this.

 

Time for Steve Bruce.

 

I doubt he'll be sacked before the WC break - but he's the exact type of person who might walk.

 

I hope he does.
Not because I want him to leave but because finally someone would show to everyone what a mess we're in.
